Family time

My mother and family enjoyed the home and we all had a wonderful time together. Really loved the views. Appreciated the availability of boogie boards. The dry didn’t work much of the time. I was told we’d be able to see the new years fireworks from the balcony, we were not.

Lovely beach resort

This is a comfortable, very well equipped apartment in a lovely resort. We enjoyed the family ambiance and my grandson liked feeding the fish. The pool and lagoon are very well designed and child friendly. It was a lovely place to meet up with our family from Australia (we came from Toronto)

We loved it! Lots of space!Clean! Beautiful views! Lagoon Pool/hot tub was amazing! And right off the pool area is literally the beach!!! Wal through a gate and your there! Super great for me and my family! Staff were super friendly and had the Aloha spirit! Will definitely be booking again!!!

Fabulous condo and resort

The condo was perfect for our multi-generational family of 8. The kids loved swimming in the pool and lagoon. Everyone enjoyed the view from the lanai. Our only issue was with the washer and dryer. The washer was really small and it took forever to dry the clothes. The dryer kept cutting off. Otherwise it was perfect. we would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing getaway

We were two families with teen kids. The best part was that the kids could run down to the pool or the beach whenever they wanted and we could see them from the lanai. We spent hours on that lanai enjoying the sounds of paradise. The configuration of the rooms was perfect, and the sofa bed was comfortable for my son. The resort area is lovely and there were great restaurants we could walk to plus Costco and other stores were just minutes away. We were all sad to leave!

Stunning Location

We have stayed at Beach Villas in the past. This is a beautiful location with views of the ocean, pools and luscious grounds. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. We prefer the 3 bedroom 3 bath condos for our family. The layout and space of the rooms is good for all the adults we have. Will continue to stay at this complex.

Perfect family vacation

We booked this beautiful condo with few expectations due to the pandemic, just needing a week to unwind after a tough year. This place fit the bill perfectly. Due to the shortage of rental cars on the island we managed to do without one, and stayed within walking distance of the property. The pools and beach are right there and are pristine. There are a few decent restaurants nearby, Monkeypod Kitchen being our favorite. We played golf, tennis, grilled and lounged by the pool. The condo itself was so spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was appointed with everything you need. When minor things came up Gregg, the property manager was quick to respond, going above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing property and location

This property is is fabulous! The location is stunning. Views overlooking the pools and ocean. Plenty of room for our group of seven. The kitchen is well equipped. The pools were clean and not too crowded. The access to the lagoon is just so convenient and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw sea turtles every day. What a great week! We all wished we could stay longer.

Best Hawaiian Vacation Ever

My family has stayed at both neighboring resorts -- Disney's Aulani and at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. They were great. But this beach villa was so much better. Reserved parking, beautiful view and lanai, uncrowded lagoon and pool. Clean and well-kept. Fantastic kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes, cookware. I'm looking at a long day at work tomorrow and driving home through a blizzard. And I'm dreaming of the next time I can go back to this wonderful condo. We will definitely be back.

Awesome property!! Right on the beach, loved the lagoon to swim in and saw lots of fish,

We loved the entire place!! Rooms are big and roomy, the kitchen was awesome and had all the items and spices we needed, the pool was right out our window and the beach at the end of the pool. The lagoon was never crowded and we could play there for hours and then hop in the hot tub!! The best of everything. You are also only 10 minutes from Costco to shop!!
