Guests at this Ko'Olina Kai condo are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath property. The master bedroom features a luxurious California King bed and walk in-closet, ideal for an extended stay on the islands. Our guest bedroom has two queen sized beds to perfectly accommodate your family and friends. The spacious living room is part of an open floor plan that walks out to a private covered lanai. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are perfect for your meal preparation and dining needs. This condo is only steps from a lush pool area complete with a hot tub and cabana. Additionally, it is situated on the championship Ko'Olina Golf Club that features a clubhouse home to Roy’s Ko Olina, one of famous Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s 31 iconic restaurants.

In addition to the golf club, vacationing here grants you access to the restaurants, bars and shops at the Four Seasons and Disney resorts less than half a mile away. Tranquil nearby beaches provide the perfect setting for your vacation.

Average nightly rate is based on a 30 night lease. Each guest at this Ko’Olina Kai villa will have exclusive access for as many of those 30 nights as you choose. Shorter stays are possible with this lease arrangement. While the leases are for 30 night, each vacationer can choose how many nights they would like to stay. For instance, if you want to vacation for two weeks and not four weeks, that is possible here and the monthly rate will still be the same. You can vacation at this condo for up to 30 nights as it will not be rented to anyone else during that period. For additional information please contact us. We look forward to hosting you in Hawaii!

This place was great for my family. It was very spacious and comfortable. The garage was nice to keep the car parked. It also had some extra stuff stocked in there that really made the stay more fun like boogie boards, snorkel masks, life jackets and a wagon! The community pool was very nice, we bbqd there several times. We played a lot of pickle ball with the beach club subscription. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo

Everything about this condo was great. Layout and location are perfect for four adults. Check in was super easy. There were a lot of sheets and towels and really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and wagon. Great proximity to pool. You can walk up to shopping center and lagoons easily. Grills were easy to use at the pool. I have zero complaints for our month here. Yes you can hear footsteps above but it was never disruptive. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful Property

This was our first time bringing our baby to Hawaii, and this place had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, the kitchen and house was well stocked and so was the garage with beach toys/chairs. The pool was great, and we went many times during our stay. This house was perfect for an extended stay, and we would definitely come again. We really appreciated having a pack n play

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und geräumig für vier Erwachsene. Auch die Lage im Ko Olina Resort war klasse. In der Anlage selbst gab es eine wunderschöne Poolanlage, in der es auch Cabanas mit großen BBQ‘s gab. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang gelangt man zu den Lagunen, einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und das Check-In verliefen problemlos. Auch unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Awesome Place To Stay

This was a perfect villa for our 1 month stay. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. The pool is a 5 minute walk. The only thing missing for kitchen utilities is a potatoe masher. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom towels and lines all new. I can’t say anything negative about this place and about the communication with the renters!!! Mahalo

Perfect Stay!

No complaints for our family! The location was spot on, the house was exactly what we needed, and check in and check out process was hassle free. The house has everything we needed for cooking at home, Beach days, and pool days. I am ready to go back and will stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

THREE STAR- needs attention from owners- will not rent again

We have stated in this complex several time before in awesome units but we were disappointed as soon as we stepped in to this one. It's apparent that the OWNERS do not visit their unit at all. The property management team did address some of our concerns from broken toaster, no BBQ utensils and lack of pool safe cups. The carpet in the bedroom is old with many stains on it. We washed the sheets in the primary room after a week only to discover the mattress pad had biological stains which had not been dealt with so we took that off and washed it ourselves (cleaning staff should be noticing this not me). The unit was not well appointed with several items broken (chairs, couch back, lamps lack of coffee cups and wine glasses for 2-4 people). Linens were poor , old and dingy We purchased our own sun umbrella as the ones in the garage were broken (but no one is throwing them away) There were only 2 beach chairs that were functioning Ok but not great for 4 people. We survived and were lucky the weather was good considering the pool BBQ's were not working the whole time we were there. Washing machine and dishwasher (leaks) need to be replaced as they are the originals.

Very disappointed. Compared to our May and October VRBO experiences in Ko Olina it was like moving from the Four Seasons to a Motel 6, but still paying the same rate. If you like dogs, children, local traffic at all hours, car alarms and just overall noise then this is the place for you. Very inconvenient location and access. As for the unit, here you go: carpeting in need of professional cleaning; manufactured hardwood floors cleaned with a sticky, filmy residue; towels should have been donated long ago; sheets were worn and did not fit the appropriate mattress sizes; only one, badly worn tea towel in kitchen; kitchen lacked some basic utensils and pots/pans were shot; no bbq utensils to use at gas grills; toaster broken; guest shower/tub drain nearly clogged; living room lamp hazardous and only operable by plugging/unplugging from wall outlet; blinds in both bedrooms not functional for privacy or ventilation; only one small tv with no recording capability (this forced us both to watch the same programming and view mainland sporting events at east coast times); the floor above this unit squeaks and moans and every step taken by the upstairs tenant is easily heard (this went on all during the night); one day the landscape crew operated equipment for six straight hours; pool is very nice, but rules of child behavior are not enforced. Overall, this unit is minimally furnished and accessorized and not one we would rent again. It is a nice floor plan for a small family.

Awesome place to stay 🌺

This property was home away from home. Neighborhood was beautiful and workers always keeping it fresh and nice. Close enough to to walk to Island vintage coffee and local shops and of course close to the lagoons. Will come back!

Wonderful Stay!

This is the perfect place for us to spend relaxed, quality time with our Hawaii family. Our daughter & son-in-law can commute to Honolulu for their work obligations and we can play extensively with our granddaughter. I'll admit that it's hard to leave Hawaii today.

Excellent location

We returned from a few weeks at this property and very much enjoyed our stay. The house has pretty much all you need for a long term stay: washer, dryer, pots, pans, (we did leave a real cheese grater that was never used by us!) beach equipment, and even some baby items! Definitely recommend.

Great location for long stay on Oahu

Nice location in Ko Olina. Short walk to ABC store if you forgot something. Short drive to Costco, target, Safeway for bigger shopping. Short walk to lagoons for snorkeling or just hanging out at the beach. Resorts are also a short walk if you want restaurants. 30-50 minute drive to anywhere on the island - Waikiki, North Shore, Pearl Harbor...... Accommodations are plenty big enough for 2 couple or a family. 2 bed 2 bath. 1 bed has a king the other 2 queens. Nice size open kitchen-dining area-family room

Wonderful Family Time

This condo was perfect for our needs! We met our daughter, son-in-law and new granddaughter here after waiting 5 months! The two bedroom, two bathroom layout and large kitchen served our needs beautifully. So well, in fact, that we plan to return next year! 'Til then, aloha & mahalo!!

Vacation in Paradise

This condo was a goldmine for us-located with easy access for walking to the beaches, nearby shopping, and easy access to the H1. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen, and it had many beach items in the garage: chairs, sand toys, etc. Beach towels were provided as well. The condo itself has gorgeous hardwood floors, is quite spacious, and there were ceiling fans in each room as well as additional room fans to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the unit. A lanai was attached and had sufficient seating outdoors for at least four people. Communication both before and during the trip was excellent, as the owner got back to us in good time after each message. We would definitely rent from these owners again.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Great location... 10 min walk to ABC store, less than 10 to golf course and tennis courts. The pool in the complex was great, not heated but mid afternoon was always warm. Had to use bbq at the pool area but we didn’t mind this at all. On the first night the smoke detector was beeping... Mike came out to fix this within a few hours even though it was a weekend. We only had one pool card even though we were supposed to have two but we did everything with our family so didn’t mind only having one, it wasn’t an issue. Mike did say he would get us another but we didn’t press the issue as we felt we didn’t need it. My husbands family stays on Oahu during Christmas in smaller apartments so we rented out the pool area on Christmas Eve to host a gathering which was really nice! Unit has everything to cook, although we found since we ate at the condo most days we went through cutlery quite fast.. could use a few extra so we weren’t doing dishes constantly. Overall, this unit was amazing - very spacious, clean, if we came back to this area again we would want to stay at this unit. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Find

We were here for a month for work. We love the Ko Olina area for convenience and atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool and beach, as well as great hiking on the weekends just 30 minutes away. The property manager responded extremely quickly to our few requests. Thank you! Hope to be back soon.
