Los terrenos del complejo están entrelazados con estanques koi, cascadas, una piscina tipo laguna con su propia playa de arena para que jueguen los niños, una tranquila piscina separada y múltiples jacuzzis ubicados en todo el complejo. Hay un hermoso bar al aire libre para disfrutar de cócteles y las inolvidables puestas de sol o ver la televisión en uno de los dos televisores ubicados en el bar. Esta lujosa propiedad frente al mar está bellamente ajardinada con flores tropicales, plantas, palmeras y senderos de piedra natural. Su villa de lujo de dos dormitorios cuenta con una cocina de primera línea diseñada por el mundialmente reconocido chef principal, Roy Yamaguchi. Cuenta con electrodomésticos de primera línea que incluyen un refrigerador y enfriador de vino Subzero y un horno y estufa Wolf. Really nice place on the Ko Olina beach. The view is awesome. You can see the ocean directly from the living room. The rooms are clean, equipped with all the essential for your vacation. From kitchen cookwares to beach chairs and toys. The communication is great. The host responded our question quickly. Definitely will come and stay again.

Vacation/soccer tourney

We had a group of 9 that stayed in 2 units on the property. It was super fun to have such beautiful grounds to hang out on. The pool and the beach are both lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing for the money spent

We arrived to the property on Day 1 and we had no air conditioning in the back rooms and the AC said it was not working. Andrea (the person that works for the property management team) told us she will go to the front desk and find out if it can be fixed that day. We waited for 45 minutes and then walked down to the front desk. They said Andrea never mentioned this to her and as we were talking to the front desk Denise called them and asked for it to be fixed because I texted Denise after not hearing back from Andrea. The maintenance came up and “fixed” it. The next few nights it was extremely hot and AC stopped working again. In Day 3 we left the resort for the day to return to our room and the window was wide open. We truly thought someone was in our room. We reached out to Andrea and once again no response. We went to the front desk and was told that only property manager can request fixes and the window was broken and nobody was in our room. After texting Denise we had someone come up and Andrea finally texted back. They “fixed” the window. The maintenance guy said some of the windows are broken and open when the wind kicks up. The next few days/nights the window continued on opening. We finally gave up bc we would never hear back from Andrea until we reached out to 2 other people and no longer wanted to get frustrated. For the money we spent I’ll say it was not worth it. This was our 2nd time staying at this resort and this stay was horrible for the money unlike the 1st.

Best place to stay in Oahu!

We loved the Ko olina area, so much more beautiful and peaceful than Waikiki. The lagoons and walkway are lovely. The beach resort is much quieter than the surrounding resorts and still features very nice pools and landscaping. The condo unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We especially loved the balcony. Great views.

Great stay in Ko'Olina

What a great stay we had in Ko'Olina. We really enjoyed being away from the city and quiet and laid back Ko'Olina. This villa is quite the contrast from staying in Waikiki in so many great ways. Having much more space, much more amenities, beautiful pools, the lagoon, and free parking :). We ended up booking here as a last minute change and do not regret it one bit... infact it was so seamless than this could have been our original plan! We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back again.

Great location for a family holiday

Ko Olina is a great location with nice swimming lagoons and a walking path. The complex is well maintained and right by the beach. The unit is very nice and clean with all the amenities. The greeter from the property management, Angel, is very professional and helpful and will get you settled in nicely. The only drawback, if you need to work on your vacation, is the Spectrum internet is a bit flaky,

Relaxing family vacation with friends

After an incredibly busy and stressful move, our vacation at the Lokelani villa in Ko'Olina was exactly what we needed. My teens brought a friend and we had ample, comfortable room for all. We were able to visit with local friends, relax in the beautiful, calm, quiet location, and enjoy daily walks by the ocean and swims in the lagoon. The upgraded sushi bar at the local ABC was a bonus. It was a wonderful trip for all.

badly needed vaca

loved the place, the pool and amenities. we enjoyed the pools, the beach and the beach bar along with our condo. Found the TV lame (not enough options for movies) and some parochial rule monitoring but, having said that, bet its why its such a lovely place to stay@! thank you!

Great stay for family

We were able to check in 1 hour early - which was HUGE since we landed early. Unit was clean, well stocked, and location was awesome. The views were wonderful and patio seating was very comfortable. Definitely a great stay for families with plenty of space for everyone. This is our 2nd time staying at the KOBV and the staff here is super outstanding.

Very thing about the stay was perfect! Location is great for relaxing, lazing on the beach, swimming and snorkeling. Great places to eat near by and close to sights. The villa was just the right size for 4 adults and had all the comforts.

Our Stay at Ko’Olina

You could easily relax away from the extreme touristy sections of Waikiki, while still being able to venture there in a 30-45 minute drive. This is a perfect spot to relax and be in peace by a great lagoon with far less people crowding you. There are no large waves in the lagoon, which allows for kids to play and swim safely, or for some decent snorkeling-(saw fish, crabs, octopus). All amenities are clean, and the place feels sturdy with high end furnishings. The renter is extremely kind and quick to respond! Would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. During Covid, it worked out well. The place is lovely with a gorgeous views of the pool. Also, there were few folks around so we could always get a pool chair and distancing was easy. We visited the Disney & Marriott Ko Olina resorts while we were there & were so glad that we were at the Beach Villas - the pools were so much less crowded! The manager was very responsive when we had questions. Only issue was that our security deposit wasn't returned right away. We contacted the property manager, and she immediately took action to make sure it was returned. We received it 11 days after our stay.

Relaxing family trip

We enjoyed our stay! Everyone was friendly and warm. We swam with turtles at a nearby beach, did a family photo shoot with a photographer recommended by the property manager, swam in the pools and loved the beaches. Our son loved feeding the koi fish in the mornings and eating dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset. The property had everything we needed for our toddler and for ourselves to have a fun and relaxing trip. We did note several insects in the property throughout the stay that did dampen our vacation a bit. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns.
