Summary:
Loft has been beautifully renovated with all new kitchens, bathrooms, furnishings etc. Located in the heart of downtown, blocks from Convention Center, Power & Light District, Sprint Center & free KC Streetcar that will take you from River Market to Crown Center and Union Station.
Inside a building registered in the National Historic Registry. With all the modern amenities while preserving historic details like exposed brick and bead board ceilings! Guests have access to gym and rooftop deck!

The Space:
Space has been beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is outfitted with coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots pans dishes, utensils etc. There is a washer and dryer as well as hair dryer and iron.

Guest Access:
Beautiful rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown. Access to gym.

Getting Around:
If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:
1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7am-6pm. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay listed on the sign. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.
2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.
3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.

I can be reached 24/7 for any questions or issues. We have a manager available as well to take care of the guest.

Cousin getaway winner!

This was a Christmas present to my nephew and a cousin getaway for all of the cousins! It was amazing and provided plenty of room for everyone. I would like to suggest maybe having playing cards.The roof was awesome. The gym was awesome. We were very pleased. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Kansas.City

Perfect accommodations

This loft apartment was perfect for our tournament accommodation. The event was held at the convention center, which was about 4 blocks away, so we could walk. Parking was easy at the nearby lot. If we make it to global finals again next year, i will book this again.

Perfect for Work Trip

Great property, perfect downtown location!

We've stayed in this building before, but it was our first time in this unit. It perfectly accommodated my daughter, sister, and nieces for a cheer competition over the weekend at the convention center. It's a beautiful and very safe building; the unit itself is spacious and clean. And Olivia and her team were incredibly responsive, getting back to my sister in the early a.m. hours when there was a power outage in the neighborhood. We won't hesitate to stay here again!

Cousin’s Wedding

Amazing property. I loved the layout and how well stocked the loft. We had a great time exploring the area and visiting family. The property management company was very responsive and friendly. I would stay at the loft again

Great owners

We ended up having to cancel our trip because of a medical emergency and the owners were so nice and helpful with our arrangements. Will absolutely rebook and stay with them in the future! For that reason they get 5 Stars for everything!

Clean and Comfortable Downtown Loft

Celebrated a milestone birthday in this clean and cute downtown loft. We made the easy (10min) drive to shop on Plaza. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it was close to grab groceries nearby (3min). Can’t wait to book again!

Birthday Celebration

Very nice property and as described. Spacious enough for our group of 8, mostly teenage girls and a couple of moms. We used the streetcar, which is a short walk away, to get to dinner and other activities. Parking is not free, but several options are provided (for pay) and were easy to locate. I appreciated the communication from the property manager. Check in was easy. Would stay again and recommend to friends visiting the area.

Great condo location

Came in for a weekend stay to go to a Chiefs game. The condo has quick access to the highway, so we made it to the stadium in less than 15 minutes. It’s also walking distance to the Power & Light District, which was great for dinner and entertainment after the game. Condo was clean and spacious. Excellent communication with our host throughout our stay.

Girls trip Christmas pop up

Very easy check in, very clean and as described. Nice location and able to walk to power and light. Nice roof top balcony. Only stayed one night would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy the location. Thank you for the great stay and awesome location.

NFL Football Weekend

Cool Vibes!

We loved the condo! It was in a great location. Parking was available in the lot next door. We were there on Thanksgiving, so not a lot of places were open for business. We hope to come back again when the weather is nice and we can enjoy the outdoor terrace.

we enjoyed our stay and location very much. Everything is close by...can walk almost everywhere. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was quick with the owner when we had a question.
