The ground floor houses the wellness area, complete with a lounge corner, TV, Wi-Fi speakers, ping-pong table, fitness room, sauna, as well as a shower and toilet. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with views of the pool, a spacious living room with air conditioning and a pull-out sofa (160 x 200 cm), a balcony, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and an additional separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with a television and air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is provided within the enclosed estate. Four bicycles are available for free use. Younger guests can enjoy a swing and a trampoline in the garden. Guests are welcome to harvest fresh vegetables such as potatoes, lettuce, and zucchini from the property's seasonal vegetable garden at no extra charge. For stays until June 1st and from September 1st, the indoor whirlpool can be used optionally and upon prior request for an additional fee. The supplementary cost for using the indoor whirlpool is 200 euros per filling, payable directly to the property owners on-site. The indoor whirlpool is not available for use from June 1st to August 31st.
