"Excellent location right next to KL Tower. Petronas Twin Towers are close by. Spacious twin room on higher floors - well thought out layout, well lit, clean and spacious. The variety of items at breakfast was amazing - catered to every taste possible! The roof top bar (Silver Monkey) is worth a visit as you get fantastic views of KL Tower and Merdaka 118 tower at night and don't forget the happy hour cocktails!"

"My overall experience was quite positive with the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and they upgraded my room aftera small issue was discovered after checking int. By the way, I booked a city view room, but I was given a lake view (along with construction view on going right now), but I was moved to another room, so no issues with the room. The only drawback was the location of the hotel sitting on a permanently closed mall in the middle of residential area/cnstruction zone, hence NO place...

"Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in.
We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home.

"This hotel is located in the Mega mall where you can get everything including food court.
The amenities inside the hotel is limited as the facilities are available in the mall. Taxis and Grab services are plentiful.
Downside we experienced was the spread of breakfast which was very much limited for vegetarians. The restaurant also didn’t have any food for vegetarians in the menu. However they adapted to our request and made sandwiches and served with french fries.
