The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuching, within easy walking distance of the beautiful waterfront, shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. It was an ideal base for enjoying everything this wonderful city has to offer.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean....

Cons: soo many stairs- only book if you can haul your bags up 3+ flights of stairs, room wasn't very clean- dead bugs, mould in shower, pool out of action- maybe due to the haze from forest fires?, stained sheets and towels, not cleaned during stay. The noise from temple across the road was...

"Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. Fantastic. "

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Kuching. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
