"It was a darling room with access to the back yard and a nice area to sit. Close to the beach with a 5 minute walk. Slightly separate bathroom but very usable and private. It needs a some painting and a few finishing touches. Overall a wonderful place to stay. "

We just stayed the one night but it was a very restful and relaxing stay, very private and serene garden areas to enjoy, and all just a short walk to the Kohukohu CBD : ) Very handy to the pub and shop and just across the street from the bowls club where the locals will happily welcome you for a sneaky beverage, there’s some folks there enjoying a bowl and a beer most nights during the summer nights."

Access was easy, thank you for the flowers. Kids enjoyed their stay and had a great sleep. We would love to stay again the the future. Only suggestion: chuck a bucket on chimney so the birds don't fly down. "
