    The Space:

    Take in the stunning scenery from your expansive lanai, just steps from the 18th fairway of the Kona Country Club championship golf course. This ground-floor condo offers a private garden and a gorgeous, 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean.



    You'll find this condo on the garden level of the Country Club Villas, a beautiful piece of property that's home to three uncrowded pool complexes, each with a hot tub and sundeck. There are also outdoor tennis and pickleball courts for your enjoyment. You can easily walk to Keauhou Bay Beach Park and the Keauhou Shopping Center (with restaurants, a cinema, grocery stores, and a pharmacy), with a number of other beaches and historic downtown Kailua-Kona within a few minutes' drive. The convenient Kona Trolley runs every hour from the shopping center to downtown Kona.



    The recently remodeled, air-conditioned living space is full of thoughtful upgrades, richly hued wood, and beautiful decor inspired by the tropics. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops, and it opens to a dining area and a living room with a mirrored wall maximizing the natural light and ocean views.



    The heart of this home is the expansive, shaded lanai and flower garden, where you can take a break from the sun while admiring a spectacular Kona sunset, listening to colorful birds, and firing up the shared gas grill for dinner.



    The air-conditioned primary suite features floor-to-ceiling glass walls opening onto the lanai, making you feel as if you're sleeping in a tropical garden. The en suite bathroom has a recently remodeled shower and tub as well. A second charming bedroom, showcasing work from a local artist, is adjacent to a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in-shower and a stacked washer/dryer.



    Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a small convenient workspace with printing and scanning capabilities for remote work convenience, and all sorts of beach accessories (a snorkel, a mask, fins, chairs, a mat, an umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, and beach towels) for your use.

A Slice of Heaven

A lovely Hawaiian condo in a beautiful setting. Included are all the amenities needed for a beach v-cay including snorkel gear and golf clubs! The lanai is embraced by palm trees and flowers and provides the perfect venue for viewing the sunset over the ocean. Looking forward to a return visit!

Bedroom carpet required cleaning, kitchen is perfectly furnished, unit is very comfortable, perfectly functional for a Hawaiian vacation. Needed to move 2 large heavy plastic containers and 2 plastic storage boxes out of the master closet so that we had room for our clothes. Left the containers on the porch in front of the master bedroom window. We shall return next year - same time - love this place. Dietmar

Easy access to shopping plaza nearby. Excellent pantry. Lots of beach supplies. However, there is no Ocean View, even though the unit is advertised as such. Lawn-mowers start early morning before 8am. It is not a most child friendly community. Stay clear of golf balls.

The perfect place!

The perfect place to do as little or as much as you want. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching the geckos and enjoying the sunsets. The condo is perfectly located just far enough out of the craziness of downtown Kona but super convenient for everything. We could not get over how well stocked the kitchen was and all the water toys were awesome, you even had a set of golf clubs and a ukulele to use. We has a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come back.

Very nice stay

The property was easy to access and well-equipped. It had everything we needed and then some. We had 5 adults and it's really better suited for 4, but we made it work just fine. It was nice having the shopping center within walking distance, but I recommend driving into Kona for better beach access (Keahou Bay Beach is tiny). Everything was exactly as described and we had a great visit for the holidays.

Wonderful quiet location, simple yet comfortable furnishings, beautiful Lani comfortable furnished Excellent for entertaining! All the housewares that a family needs or wants in the kitchen. Well maintained marble tile floors thru out, nice carpet in bedrooms. We felt very much at home and hope to return next year for a longer stay. Dietmar

Don’t hesitate, book this place! Perfect for families.

Pro: location, view from lanai, amenities of the property; pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, fully stocked with home amenities. Con: our upstairs neighbor (to the right) was noisy.

Large lanai with nice view of the 18th fairway and sunsets. The unit is outfitted with everything including gas barbecue, beach chairs and other items for outside fun. The first floor unit is quiet. Some noise from the golf course during the day.

A Great Property

This was our 8th condo rental in Hawaii, and it was the best value we have found. The location is close to necessary shopping, and the place is exceedingly well-equipped. The owners have covered every conceivable base. There is even a set of golf clubs. If you prefer bar soap to body wash, bring a bar of soap. That’s it.

Great Location, Amenities, & Views

We would definitely stay again, as the location and all the extras were more than expected. The pictures and views from the lanai don't do the real thing justice; definitely great and one of the best parts of the stay. The only negative experience we had was with the neighbors one door down to the south, as they seem to not be used to having children around. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai, and kept noise levels within reason and "quiet hours", but those specific neighbors made a few passive aggressive comments and even yelled at our children once. Other than the neighbors, the listing exceeded our expectations, and we'd return again!
