You will find yourself 15 minutes or less from most activities - whether you are heading to Kahalu’u or Magic Sands Beach to snorkel, surf, or boogie board, or going downtown to enjoy a restaurant or shopping, or want to play tennis, pickleball or golf. Kona Country Club Golf Course is only 15 minutes away. You are also close to grocery/drug stores, movie theaters, farmer’s markets, Costco and the Holualoa artist village. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a 58" Smart TV with Roku, extensive storage in gorgeous wood furnishings, and a recently updated master bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench.
The second bedroom is also comfortably furnished with a King bed and large smart TV.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a new Queen bed.
The living room has a large sectional with 2 ottomans, an adjustable desk/table, and a printer/scanner for your convenience.
A charcoal BBQ is available upon request for use in the back yard.
The large storage container on the back lanai houses ice chests and beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas, noodles, mats, and toys for use.
Quarterly pest control and landscaping services every other Wednesday are also included.
