Direct oceanfront, ground level, recently remodeled D4 at Kona Isle. Enjoy beautiful ocean views and breezes. Steps to the beachfront area with lounge chairs to relax in. Or swim in the solar heated pool. BBQ grills and picnic tables make for cooking out a breeze and a great place to watch for a famous green flash at sunset. Kona Isle is a quiet and beautifully landscaped community.

D4 is a corner unit that has expansive views and an amazing cross breeze. Enjoy the brand new kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and wifi. Bedroom offers a king bed. Beach equipment provided.

Close location to downtown Kona for restaurants and shopping. Jump on the trolley next door or ride share bikes nearby.

Condo unit was very nice and clean. View for a ground unit was very nice. Unit was easy to get in and out of as a ground unit. Owner was very responsive with helpful information. Location is OK as no restaurants (after 4PM) are within walking distance and parking toward downtown where restaurants are located is terrible. But access to roads and highways to places we wanted to go was very good. Property Manager was friendly and helpful.

This condo was great with an amazing view of the ocean. Possibly the best condo in this place. The only downside is that I did not realize it had no ac, but otherwise was fully equipped. Not too bad of a downside because of the cross-breezes and ceiling fans.

Beautiful property

The location and condition of this property was absolutely amazing. Hearing the rolling ocean through the bedroom windows while you sleep was so relaxing and being able to see and hear the ocean from the kitchen/living room areas, as well as the lanai was everything we'd hoped for on vacation. The Kona Isles property was well kept and overall the experience with other guests on the property was great. The bedroom windows are pool facing and the pool is very close to this unit, however, the pool activity noise was minimal and the "quiet" hours were very much respected. Highly recommend! We enjoyed eating at Jackie Rey's, Kai Eats, Papa Kona, Umeke's, and Kona Brew

We’ve stayed at Kona Isle several times, and this our second stay in this condo. Both times have been outstanding, and we’ll be back again. Great location, great host. We love the friendly calm feel, the grounds, the views, and the sound of the waves. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous!

This was our second time staying here and we just love it! The unit is a bottom floor, corner unit. Sit on the lanai and watch the ocean…listening to the waves crash. To the left across the walkway is the pool. Never crowed. This place is so peaceful, clean, and has everything we needed and then some! Rachel is so great to communicate with if needed! We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Kona!

We had a great stay at the condo! Was clean, safe, great view, nice to hear ocean in our room at night with the window right there. No air conditioning, but the breeze quickly cooled the room once windows were open (was 85 degrees while we were there). Plus there were extra fans.We were able to walk to coffee shops nearby, and an easy 10 min drive to get groceries and to restaurants. We cooked and kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. You could walk to town, about 30min walk. Was a quiet place which we liked, sometimes pool area a bit noisy if kids. Was a good base to explore the island, we’d stay again!

We could use the back (sliding door) for going to the pool or beach which was very close. We were a little farther from the parking lot because we were so close to the ocean. However, still very convenient. It was relaxing and quiet. The noise came from the ocean waves to put me to sleep each night. Whale watching from our patio was another highlight along with the evening sunset. Location was better than I had expected. Owner was very helpful when I had questions and timely with her response.

Kona vacation

Excellent property for two people. Great layout. Everything was in working order and clean. Nice pool and a public salt-water pool near property. Great views of the ocean. We loved waking up and going to bed with the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Overall property was very well manicured. Check in was super fast. Very close to downtown Kona. We will be booking this property again.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 weeks. The unit itself was exactly as described; light and airy decor, well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. The sunset view is amazing! We also really liked spending time by the pool and on the lounges under the trees, listening to the waves. The condo complex is very conveniently located, close to beaches, restaurants and stores. We enjoyed every minute and would love to visit again!

Oceanfront Condo

Beautiful oceanfront property with modern appliances and recent remodel! Very clean with great amenities, plenty of towels, beach towels & kitchen appliances! Big TV with cable! Quiet complex, beautiful ocean views & sunsets! Wonderful area by ocean with grills, chairs & picnic tables

We stayed for a week in June and it does get hot and humid in Kona. The place doesn’t have AC and is furnished with all the winter fabrics… The couch is covered in fleece blankets. We had to buy our own linen bedsheets because the original bedsheets are polyester and trap heat. The duvet is also very much heavy weighted and not meant for summer. The place has multiple fans so that helped. Other than that the location is good, and having a kitchen is very handy. We did see some pests but that is inevitable in Hawaii. The host is easy to reach and accommodating our request to move the dates of the reservation.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. Being on the ground level was so convenient. Especially because it gave us the most amazing views! . The beachfront area had plenty of tables & seating. We only grilled one night, but it was so special to then enjoy it as the sun was setting. And speaking of sunsets, words can't describe them, you just need to see them for yourself! We never got a chance to use the pool or the saltwater pool, but many others were taking advantage of them. There's a little path to the right of the grills and it brings you to a quiet space where you can watch the waves, do yoga, read, etc. The kitchen space is so immaccuately organized. There is everything you need and it is all neatly stored in the cupboards. There is no dishwasher, but one is NOT needed because there is a huge sink that made washing our dishes so easy. Another perk is having the washer and dryer right there. I could have packed so much less if I would have thought it out better. The location is great~ very near lots of restaurants, shops, and beaches. We enjoyed Huggos on the Rocks, Humpy's Big Island Alehouse, and Magic Sands. The views, food, & drinks at all of them were top-notch. Also it is a central location to travel farther north or south to other popular spots.There was a closet full of beach gear to help us enjoy our stay. I really appreciated the yoga mat, beach chairs, and coolers. These made our visits to other beaches so much more enjoyable.

Amazing Stay

We loved our 2 week stay in this lovely condo! Well equipped with things like a coffee grinder, air fryer, beach chairs, umbrella, 3 different coolers, boogie boards, toys, games and more. (No dishwasher but being 2 it was never a problem) Also, no ice maker but trays provided or you could walk next door to the convenience store and buy some. Gorgeous decor as well. We were always comfortable in the apartment even without A/C…being an end unit there is great ventilation in the bedroom and the ceiling fans in the main room and bedroom were all we needed. (There were floor fans supplied as well). We appreciated the sun screen in front of the lanai for the late afternoon. The condo complex is immaculately cared for with a manager on site who keeps everything so clean and inviting! We used the pool, the sandy beach area - great loungers and umbrellas as well as plenty of natural shade from the trees. We appreciated the numerous picnic tables which allowed us to invite friends over for an evening meal prepared on one of the 3 gas barbecues. Because it is set back from busy Ali’i drive, it was so quiet both day and night. An added bonus was the public saltwater pool next to the complex - As it is not maintained, the water can get cloudy if the surf is low. We were lucky enough at the end of our stay that the surf picked up and cleaned it completely out - we spent our last day lounging and swimming in the pool. Great parking spot too. We would return in a heartbeat! Mahalo!
