  • View the ocean as you walk into this recently updated condo. You will be struck by how close the ocean is. Enjoy watching surfers, turtles, dolphins and whales(in season) as you sip your coffee on the lanai.

    Despite the relaxation and solitude, if you want sightseeing, shopping or adventure, you still have access to all that Big Island offers. Visit the volcano, stroll old town Kailua-Kona, take a parasail ride, go hiking or mountain biking, snorkeling and/or scuba, the opportunities are endless. We are centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas.

    Our oceanfront and beautifully remodeled condominium has everything you are looking for! Treat yourself to an oceanfront pool, master bedroom suite and lanai.

    There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Air conditioning keeps things cool for those few times when the trade breezes aren't flowing. Ceiling fans in all rooms and a full size washer and dryer are also included.

    There is also WiFi access for your laptop/tablet/phone, a flat screen TV with access to Pandora, Hulu, Netflix along with 200+ high definition cable channels.

    Payments made through Vrbo and/or with a credit card have an additional 3.09% payment fee.

Kona base

Kona is easily accessible and has all we need. This trip inttoduced us to Banyon Tree which was good. The condo was clean and comfortible. Thank you Aloha Bob!

The views are amazing. We were able to see whales breaching from the condo. It was a great and we would stay again. Owner is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond.

Great place for family or couples

This was a great place for the family. The ocean really was 20 feet from the ocean. There’s a beach next door and a nice pool. The condo is right down the street from lots of shops, restaurants and water sports.

Just as all the reviewers before, this was a lovely stay. The condo is right at the ocean which afforded the opportunity to hear the ocean’s waves. The condo was nice, neat, and clean.

Great Location and Value for Kona!

Bob was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and the location right on the water was truly amazing! The condo had everything we needed for exploring the area, like snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Watching the surfers from the lanai was fun, and being near the town activities and restaurants was also convenient. The AC was a nice add on as well, though it does get hot in the twin bedroom at night- fyi. Overall a great trip to Kona that we will remember!

Amazing views!

Bob’s property was great to stay in! We have stayed in different Hawaii islands and similar properties and this felt like home. Bob was easy to communicate with, and took care of anything that needed attention right away. We hope to come back and stay at one of Bob’s properties again in the near future!

Great location.

Close to everything. Enjoyed watching the surfers every morning. Condo was big with lots of space. Pool was very enjoyable. Hope to come back and would like to stay in the same place.

Watch the surfers and the sunsets!

Great communication with the property manager and comfortable and convenient accommodations. While the trade winds are great, we especially appreciated the a/c to cool things off before bed. Owner provides enough staples (soap, paper products) that we barely needed to supplement with our own. Nice stay overall.

Water's edge

The condo was as advertised... clean and spacious and right on the water's edge and we did actually see a turtle right below our balcony! Walking distance to a very cool beach and a short drive to many amenities. Very responsive management.

Great condo

The condo was a great layout for 2 adults and 2 teens. Such a nice quiet condo complex felt like we had it to ourselves. Good distance from anywhere on the island. About 30 min to the closest gorgeous beach. Inside the condo was anything you could need like beach chairs, Snorkel masks, boogie boards. Very accurate listing 10 min from downtown Kona, grocery stores, restaurants. Great view of the ocean. Owner answered questions promptly. We truly loved it here.

Sweet surf spot

Would have given 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t have any water in it. The condo itself is well maintained for an ocean front property. The elevator is grimy but the condo was clean. We had a great time. The surf spot is on a reef and really only for experienced surfers. Gorgeous views that can’t be beat

Wonderful Condo

When we opened the front door, we immediately saw the view we were seeking. Sun and surf. This condo does not disappoint. The owner, Bob, responds promptly to questions and provides thorough directions for access, parking, pool, and whatever other questions we had. Will stay again for sure!

Beautiful location

Overall a fantastic property with many amenities. It had a nice kitchen with plenty of everything we needed. Pool area was well kept, covered underground parking, and easy access to downtown Kailua Kona. We could watch the surfers from the patio and drink our coffee. Bob was a great communicator and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

My family had a great time the week we stayed. Communication for the property manager (Bob) was great throughout. The condo was comfortable and well maintained. A/C works well and the view is incredible. The public beach next to the condo was great to have. My daughter went there each day. Many restaurants and stores within a short distance. Plan on going back first chance we get.
