Surrounded by heavenly-scented plumeria, flowering hibiscus, ginger and brilliant bougainvillea, your cares will melt away as you relax on your own private lanai, just 100 feet from the ocean! Sip a morning cup of Kona coffee while watching humpback whales or spinner dolphins. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the private palm-lined beach just steps away, or lie on the lanai's twin-sized lounger gazing up at the stars while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the lava rocks below.

This condo is spacious (nearly 1300 square feet) and feels like a real home with its spectacular ocean views and central air conditioning! There is no additional charge for running the AC during your stay.

You will also enjoy ultra-high speed internet WiFi service, living room with big screen HD Smart TV with Spectrum HD Cable (cable and flat panel TV's in both bedrooms, too), DVD player and library, dining room and full-sized kitchen. The kitchen is complete with coffee maker and grinder, Brita filtered water pitcher, waffle maker, blender, martini shaker, and all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes for preparing meals at home if you choose. The primary bedroom has a California King size bed and private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower; there are sunset ocean views from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and another bathroom just across the hall. There are also beach towels, coolers and a beach umbrella and chairs for your use. We have completed a major kitchen and bathroom remodel in addition to redecorating and updating the unit to make your stay even more enjoyable. This is a non-smoking property, including inside the condo, on the lanai, and all of the common areas and grounds of the complex.

Amenities of the resort complex include lush tropical gardens with fountains and many blooming plants, a courtyard swimming pool, private sand beach with palm trees, cabana with shower and restrooms, gas grills for outdoor cooking, outdoor eating area with tiki torches, and a spectacular ocean-front salt-water pool and sunning area. There is also free secure private parking, an on-site laundry facility, and a commercial building with beauty and barber shop, spa, and convenience store/deli for picking up food items or a bottle of wine. We are located in the popular and highly-rated Casa de Emdeko complex on world-famous Ali'i Drive, just one mile south of Kailua-Kona village, the quaint and original resort town of the Big Island, with many wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants. We are also close to Keauhou Bay with its many water activities. In fact, this condo is the perfect base to explore all the attractions of the Big Island. We will share with you a list of our favorite things to do, places to eat, day trips, etc.
