Key Features:
Location: Convenient first-floor unit with stairs, located in the Kanaloa at Keauhou complex. Being on the first floor you may experience some foot traffic noise.
Views: Enjoy the best of both worlds with ocean views and views of the adjacent golf course's par-three hole.
Lanai: North-facing, shady, and cool all day long, perfect for entertaining and dining with picturesque scenery.

Interior Highlights:
Comfort: Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay. The living room features a large sectional couch and a large TV for relaxation.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed and TV, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
Kitchen: Light, airy, and fully equipped for any level of cooking experience, with an eating bar and a dining area for convenience.

Pools: Three pools are available within the complex, including a designated quiet pool and an ocean pool with a large covered lanai area for relaxing in the shade or enjoying a poolside BBQ. Each pool has a hot tub, and the main pool is located near the clubhouse, reading room, and table tennis area.
Pickleball/Tennis Courts: There are 3 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court.

Nice stay

Condo and property were very nice, you can’t beat that lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean. Kitchen was very well stocked and beds were comfortable. The property has several pools and attractive landscape we visited the ocean side pool several times. Covered parking was nice to have also.

Condo nice but noise and mess in surrounding area not OK!

I have stayed in this complex before and had a good experience. I thought it would be good. We arrived on a Friday, the condo next door started renovating his condo that day. What a mess and noise right outside the condo. We could not sit on the Lanai for any long periods because of the noise and lack of privacy. We called KonaCoast to complain and see what could be done. We received a one night fund return but really that was not the point. Our vacation had just started. The same noise and mess continued the whole 11 day stay, usually starting in am and going into the evening. I was there for IM and the quiet and rest was important to me. The condo was updated and pleasantly decorated. It was clean but a little dusty. The staff at the front desk where you would get a pass for the car, was rude and not helpful to some concerns, they just didn't care. Just to warn people also, it was a first floor unit and the upstairs guest had very loud footsteps. I should have realized that this would be an issue and never get a first floor unit again.

Absolutely loved the place and enjoyed a beautiful sunset every night. Property manager was very responsive even on a Sunday. Condo was comfortable, clean with modern upgrades. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing place to stay with great view

If you are visiting Kona this is an ideal place to stay. Host was responsive and attentive. You are not in the “downtown area” but are only a quick drive away. Facilities are well equipped, clean, and great views. Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.

This property is incredible. Ocean view, amazing pools and amenities for everyone, and a quiet and comfortable community complex. Both bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group to have their own space and share space inside and outside.

Beautiful place with many amenities

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four; very spacious with two full baths. The place was well stocked, has all updated appliances, and the lanai was perfect for our morning coffee while watching the golfers play, and even had dolfins out there this morning. A Real Gem!

We really enjoyed our stay. We found the unit extremely clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you could need to make meals during our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunset after dinner on the lanai. The overall decor was as the pictures show and fully functioning and modern. The overall complex is nice with 3 pools, 2 tennis courts and a ping pong table our daughters really enjoyed. The location is very convenient to shopping and if you want to head to the southern sites. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for spot that is away from the action of Kona, but close enough to easily reach it when you are not relaxing at the unit.

Great view!

I hesitated to stay at this property since there were no reviews, but I’m so happy I went ahead with this booking. The view was excellent from the deck, so we had our morning coffee and almost all meals out there. The condo seems to have been newly renovated (except the master bathroom). The photos of the property were accurate. The beds in both bedrooms are new and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. A couple of beach chairs would be a nice addition, but you will find all of the necessities here. The complex has 3 pools, but we only made it to the ocean pool since it had an amazing view. We will definitely stay here again!
