Aloha!! We are new to VRBO but have 25+ 5 star reviews on another popular vacation rental platform. This is truly a unique property and I have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay!

This Kona coffee estate is located just minutes from downtown Kona. Centrally located, it is perfect for beach days and day trips anywhere on The Big Island. This private and peaceful 3 bedroom with two full bathrooms is surrounded by lush gardens, and mature fruit and coffee trees. Relax in the hot tub after a day's adventure and enjoy the beautiful sunset views that transform into vivid starscapes.

This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is located at the perfect elevation with both ocean and mountain breezes. The master bath has a large soaking tub and outdoor rock wall shower. The charming kitchen is open to the living room and has beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop and oven. The private, enclosed backyard includes a nice covered lanai with ocean and sunset views! There is a beautiful in-ground spa off the master bedroom lanai surrounded by a lush tropical landscaped yard.

The bedrooms are well spaced out from each other ensuring everyone has their privacy. Air conditioning is provided in each bedroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and outdoor shower. The 3rd bedroom has a desk and 2 twin beds.

French doors lead you to the lanai and the lush, tropical landscaped yard, where you will enjoy amazing ocean and sunset views. There is a gas grill and large outdoor dining table with seating for 6. An inviting in-ground spa (not gated or fenced) is waiting for you off the master bedroom lanai surrounded by tropical plants. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided.

This is a stand alone 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a private fenced yard and hot tub - all yours to enjoy :) It is located on a one-acre coffee estate and management lives in the other stand alone house. There is also a studio (completely detached) on the property that may or may not be occupied during your stay. Please see the aerial photo for a visual and feel free to reach out with any questions. Paradise on the Big Island

This well-designed house is perfect for a high-end stay in Kona. It is set in a gated, but not pretentious community and the grounds with hot tub are secluded and quiet. The kitchen is unusually well-equipped and everything one could think of is provided throughout the house and outdoor shower.Communication with the owner/managers was excellent and Ryan showed me around his extensive fruit garden and coffee plantation.Bottom line; highly recommended!

Great Home

The owners were so kind and helpful. We loved the spotless hot tub. We frequently stay at VRBOs and this home was one of the most well stocked homes we have been to. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. They have thought of everything!

Great Home Base for Island Adventures

Ryan and Leah were great hosts and their house suited our family of six perfectly. Minutes from town and stores but quiet and secluded with beautiful sunset views. We appreciate the well stocked kitchen with quality tools and equipment. The hot tub was great to unwind in under the stars after long days exploring the island. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again next time we’re back in Kona.

Perfect Family Home

Our stay in this property was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii. It was a personal oasis, including the landscaping, hottub, and ocean view, while only 5-10 minutes from all the action in Kona. We enjoyed the most incredible sunsets every night. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of space and privacy. We appreciated the tour Ryan gave us of their farm, and all the beach items one could need. I highly recommend this space, I'm already missing the outdoor shower.

Great stay in a great home

The property provided a truly beautiful escape, with wonderful sunsets and breathtaking views that we thoroughly enjoyed every evening. The location was perfect, offering easy access to town and the surrounding area, allowing us to take in the farm, the stunning scenery, and the local wildlife. The tranquil setting was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and provided a perfect place for us to enjoy our stay.

This Place is Amazing

This place was the perfect place for us. If only we had a longer stay and more time to enjoy it. It was perfect for 5 Adults but could have easily accommodated 6 adults (3 couples). It would also be a great place for a family with kids. Ryan was absolutely great and right there if at anytime during your stay you need something. The coffee they gave us from their own plants was great to brew each morning. The view (especially sunsets) was incredible. It is so close to the beach, stores, restaurants etc., but yet off the busy highway and very private. You are so busy during the day exploring and enjoying the island, that the hot tub is perfect for the night when you get back. You can relax all while star gazing and enjoying the perfect evenings. The house, especially kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a prepare a complete meal. If we come back to the island we absolutely will be booking back at this amazing place.
