• Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. • Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event will result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
• Nearby Construction & Special Rates: This newly built home is located within the Hualalai Resort community, where there is ongoing construction activity on nearby lots above and below the property. While the construction is not immediately adjacent, guests may experience occasional noise or visual impacts during daytime hours. In consideration of this, rates have been adjusted to offer excellent value and to accommodate any potential inconvenience during your stay.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.
