From the comfort of your lanai enjoy watching amazing surf action, beautiful ocean views, and our world class sunsets. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Master bedroom has a king bed and it's own bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. Queen sofa bed available in the living room.
AC unit is currently only in the living room and not in the bedrooms.
Beach gear including beach chairs, coolers and beach towels available for your use. Snorkel and other beach gear available to rent locally.
Kona Bali Kai has a resort style pool, hot tub, private parking, oceanfront lawn, BBQ area, and on site deli called Da Poke Shack.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
One of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5 to 10 minute drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Kona Bali Kai is centrally located between Kailua town and Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping.

Très complet et propre pour la cuisine. Chambre des maîtres avec vue sur la mer. Vue imprenable sur l'océan pour les coucher de soleil et pour regarder les surfers. Stationnement convivial. Bien situé pour aller faire les courses au centre-ville (WalMart, Cosco, etc.). Extérieur très agréable pour faire un BBQ. Merci pour les serviettes de plages, les 4 chaises et les deux parasols et une paire de palme. 20 minutes de l'aéroport. On y reviendra.

We had an amazing view to watch the waves and surfers. The location is conveniently near to the waterfront businesses and other beaches.
Your view if checking in November.
That's 305 in the middle. Different areas of the complex has a 4th floor.
Enjoy your sunset along the water.
Watch the surfers in the morning. They are up really early!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better! Watching the surfers every morning and evening was amazing. There was plenty of good supplies for the beach trips. Chairs, towels, masks and snorkels, a cooler. The kitchen had everything needed to make a meals when we stayed in.Tim's communication was first class. I highly recommend the condo.

Perfect location. View can not be beat. Four adults room for everyone. AC was a god send the first few nights. Was very humid. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Loved the filtered water pitcher. My adult nephew even said the hide a bed wasn't to bad. Loved the beach chairs. They also had umbrellas , beach toys and a couple boogie boards. I made a mistake and booked the wrong check out date. Lucky for me they were able to accommodate us another night, even a lower rate then we book. Definitely will look into staying here again.

This is my Favorite Place to stay in Kona. The water wasn't Hot, but the Host responded immediately and it was fixed immediately. I love the spot and you have Banyan Mart across the street and the Taco Stand right next door. No need to go anywhere when you get there. Love it and will be back!!

The actual condo was very nice. Seemed recently updated and well equipped. The view was spectacular. The overall condominium property was shabby. The pool and spa were clean and had nice loungers and tables with umbrellas. It’s was a good value overall.

This was a great location. Going to sleep and waking up to the ocean was amazing. Saying this is an “ocean view “ is an understatement. I like the location just out side the most touristy area of Kona but still a few min drive away was nice. I don’t like having to deal with drunk partiers in the middle of the night, and at this location we had none of that. Everyone on the complex was just normal friendly people. Banyans, a local surf spot is right outside the window, which we enjoyed watching the surfers. (This is an advanced surfing location with plenty of rocks, so beginners should go about a mile down the street for surfing). The condo was great for our family of 4.

Great oceanfront stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Bali Kai. The condo was clean, comfortable, and right on the ocean—the highlight was relaxing on the lanai and watching surfers just steps away. The location is peaceful but still close to downtown Kona. Having a kitchen and in-unit laundry made things easy, and Da Poke Shack downstairs was a tasty bonus. The only downside is tha the beachfront isn't swim-able and walking to the beach is a long, hot walk in traffic.Would definitely stay here again!

Love This Spot!!

Love this Spot. Get to watch Surfers all Day. Taco place next door, Banyan Mart across the street. Condo is Great. A/C is Nice!! Stayed here a few times, will come back soon.

Perfect Stay

Great location on the water

We enjoyed staying in this on the water unit with it’s well equipped kitchen. Complementary items were appreciated. The two bedrooms were comfy and well laid out. Our only concern was the state of the sleeping accommodations for the other two guests. The couch hide-bed was not in useable condition so one guest slept out on the couch on the lanai. We made it work but not everyone may be willing to be as flexible. Overall the accommodation experience was very good.

Watching surfers on the Lanai

Great views here and sounds of the waves all day. 2d bedroom on street side - so no views and sometimes street noise. Great location close to downtown Kona — convenient parking - enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Kitchen well stocked. Deck nice for storing scuba equipment and relaxing with ocean view. Good use of pool and spa. 2 BR, 2 Bath made accommodations comfortable for 2 couples.

View was great - we spent many hours watching surfers, fish, and sunsets. Master bedroom - nice view, liked having it open to the living room with option of sliding door closed, comfortable bed, A/C cools off room well En-suite bathroom - good amount of counter and cabinet space, large mirror, shower had good pressure & hot water Secondary bedroom - comfortable bed, warmer than rest of room but host provided multiple fans in addition to ceiling fan so it worked out, closet and dresser space Hallway bathroom - Good water pressure in shower, heated up quickly, all good Laundry - Really convenient to have washer and dryer in the unit Kitchen - Well-stocked utensils, cookware, serving ware, dining ware options; coffee pot was straight-forward and worked like a champ for all our Kona brews; appreciated having ice cube trays in the freezer; lovely view while washing dishes Dining/living room - Appreciated all the ceiling fans, kitchen chairs more comfortable than they looked, clean Other site amenities - Parking went smoothly and there were plenty of options, we used the pool & hot tub a few times (liked that the pool deck shower was heated), Da Poke Bowl on site was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful We would totally stay here again!

Amazing condo on the ocean

The condo was just as advertised great location, great condo, and easy access to just about everything. I want to first state that all the years we have been coming to Hawaii this place had one of the best air conditioners for a condo at this price point. Sitting on the lanai watching the surfers was a destination in itself, we had to force ourselves to leave in the morning and couldn’t wait to get back for sunset. If there was any room for improvement it would be the mattress in the master bedroom it’s time to update it. We loved our stay and will definitely rebook on our next trip in a few months. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!

Beautiful View

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean and surfers. Our favorite part was sitting in the lanai. Resort property is outdated, but this room is updated. Even though there is an AC unit, the smaller room still got very warm because the unit is only in the living room. The fans that were provided were too dirty to use. Master bedroom stayed cool. Do not leave any food in cabinets or counter, even if it’s wrapped. There are tiny spiders all over the kitchen area. There were traps and spray so I am assuming this is a common problem. Even with the spiders, the condo was fairly clean. Beds, bathroom and floors were clean. Owners were quick to respond when we messaged about the spiders and a fire alarm beeping due to a low battery.
