Quiet, ground floor location, beautiful garden setting for morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen for those that enjoy cooking. Nice pool and barbecue area. Easy access to waterfront…will return!

The place has everything you need for a lovely stay in Kona - beach items, a fully usable kitchen, grills outside, and recreational items. There’s even a patio area where you can take in all the beauty of the area and relax or even eat. The downside is that we eventually had to say goodbye to the place. The check in process was easy and the owner was so responsive with our inquiries. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home!

Fantastic Stay!

Plenty of space for my family of 4 - two kids, two adults. Stayed three nights. Mini split air conditioning and double beds in the second bedroom were a definite plus. Condo cleanliness was immaculate. Really enjoyed the views and amenities of the property. Grills were easy to use, checkin and checkout process were easy as well. Would stay here again!

There were plenty of bath and beach towels. It was great having a washer and dryer. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome place to stay!

Looking for a last-minute property for our family to stay at for the long weekend. Glad we found this gem. Close to fields and gym we had our basketball and football games at. Kids loved the pool and near shoreline access. We live on the island and been to many condos, this is one of our favorites. Property had everything we needed. Comes fully furnished and even provides games and supplies if you plan to go to the beach or want to play volleyball or ping pong. Awesome location. Look forward to staying here again in the future! mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!!!

Perfect get away

We loved this cute little beach style condo. The location was perfect for our stay on the Kona side. KTA store and little shopping center just up the hill for a quick grab of whatever you need . The condo had everything to accommodate cooking and super cozy beds . We loved the back patio and the location of the condo was perfect for a quick walk to watch the sunset . Bill and Shirley told us about the little beach located a little further down on the property were we could do some whale watching and catch a beautiful sunset . They were very sweet and helpful. I hope to be able to rent from them again next year. This rental will not disappoint.

Reviewer Comments: We loved this property for a variety of reasons... layout and decor of the condo was comfortable and felt very Hawaiian, beds were really comfortable!, lanai areas were spacious and relaxing, walk to (rocky) beach to catch a sunset was a 2 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby (our favorite was Magic Sands) and proximity to the Ironman festivities and downtown Kona was perfect. Everything we needed was in condo and property management team clearly communicated everything and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely unit

The condo was very nice. A great location for visiting family up the hill, close to a very friendly grocery store. A full time resident has cleared a rock-free entrance underwater at the south side of the beach on the north side of the properties. Good swimming if you go in there. We did have very loud upstairs neighbors who had rented from another agency we- tried to resolve it with the onsite manager but failed. Our agency brought me a big box fan which muffled the noise at night. They did the right thing given the circumstances.I would suggest more cleaning supplies for these one week stays. I would have mopped and cleaned bathrooms more.I would rent here again from this local agency.

Trip of a lifetime

We arrived at midnight and we were worried about getting into the condo however it was super easy! When we walked in we were in awe of the place the big windows and great size bedrooms. A couple items I want to make mention of are. This condo is very walkable to the mall where there is a grocery store, shave ice, restaurants and more!! It also has some great beach chairs, umbrellas and tennis racquets and balls. The grounds are perfect!! Every night we walked down to the beach (literally 2 min) and had the most amazing sunset views. The pool was awesome and the tennis courts and ping pong table is a great addition!

It didn't cause us any problems but the company didn't seem to have much familiarity with the condos beach gear. We would have packed a little less knowing that snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrella, etc. was available. A great place to stay though.

The transition was seamless and I even saved on some fees that VRBO charged but Knutson didn’t.The unit was beautifully furnished inside and out and the price was reasonable. I hope I get that price again. Lastly, although I never needed assistance, Knutson’s communication was excellent.

Spacious and comfortable

This property was a great fit for two adult couples (late 30s) vacationing on the big island for 5 days in early May. We loved the freshly remodeled kitchen, large bedrooms/closets, ample linens of good size & quality, plenty of fans (both ceiling and portable), in-unit laundry, dedicated parking space, pool area, general location, and spaciousness of the property. A part on the dryer had popped off on our first night, but the property manager was quick to respond and had it repaired within 24 hours. The main bedroom shares a sliding wall with the living room area, so be aware of that. The guest bedroom with 2 queens was wonderfully quiet and dark for sleeping, and the AC unit was efficient in quickly cooling the room and keeping it comfortable. The lock code on the door was convenient as it did not require us to keep track of any extra keys. A supermarket just up the road was convenient. Overall, we had a really good stay and would recommend this property to others.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very comfortable for me, my partner, and my parents who are in their late 70s. GREAT location - quick trip to "town" and so close to snorkeling. The only downside was the dishwasher which didn't work. We weren't told, I reported it and it took a couple days for someone to look at it, and it didn't get fixed, which I also wasn't told. I asked for a partial refund and was told I could get $100, which was disappointing. Overall I really liked staying in this place, but the management was not responsive or communicative to the issues.
