    The Pacific is not an occasional glimpse here. It is the view from the private lanai and the backdrop to a family breakfast, a midafternoon pause, or the final few minutes before bed. This oceanfront Kona Bali Kai condo has two bedrooms, two baths, three beds, and room for six. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, and a private washer and dryer support a real family stay. Da Poke Shack is less than a block away, while Ali'i Drive leads toward Kailua-Kona for shops and harbor time. Use the shared pool and hot tub when the ocean calls for a break. For a family that cares about being genuinely on the water, this is the point of view.



    The Space:

    This 806-square-foot oceanfront condo has two bedrooms, two baths, and three beds for up to six guests. Pacific views are central from the private lanai, while the full kitchen makes family meals easy. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable, and cable TV, WiFi, and a private washer and dryer help the practical side run smoothly.



    Guest Access:

    Guests at Kona Bali Kai enjoy access to the shared pool and hot tub, plus an elevator and garage parking. The grounds feature gardens and beach front views, with ocean access and outdoor seating available for guests to enjoy between excursions.



    The Neighborhood:

    Ali'i Drive links this part of Kailua-Kona to beach stops, surf watching, food, and town evenings without losing the ocean from the route. Banyans Beach is close, Magic Sands Beach Park is about a mile away, and Pāhoehoe Beach Park is roughly three-quarters of a mile in the opposite direction. Stop at Da Poke Shack nearby, then follow the coast north for Kona town's harbor, shops, and sunset strolls. Kahalu'u Beach Park is farther south for snorkeling.



    Getting Around:

    A rental car is the easiest way to explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Ali'i Drive connects this area with Kailua-Kona, beach parks, dining, and shops. Check your reservation details for parking information and plan on a car for flexible access to beaches and day trips.



    Other Things to Note:

    The pool and hot tub are in the main complex of Kona Bali Kai. Stays over 28 nights may be eligible for a fee waiver. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

Great location to watch surfers and check out tide pools. Loved the master bed view of the water over the large lanai! Well stocked and comfortable condo. Appreciated the luggage carts. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful ocean views and sound of surf

The place was very clean! Right on the water, beautiful view of the waves and sunset! Enjoyed watching the surfers each day on lanai!

Great location

Lovely location - great home. The only issue is the neighbors above were super rowdy until very later hours and up very early scraping their chairs before 6 am. Otherwise the home itself and location were awesome

Great locations - small beds

Great location on the shore. Pool is in the center so not much sun but the beach is great! Beds advertised as queens, but are not - they are smaller. Room was very clean and enjoyable.

Great location to hold multi-family vacation

We rented three different units for our family birthday vacation. Location was nice to walk/run for morning exercise as well as to walk to nearby farmers markets. Lanai was great to watch whales, turtles, and local surfers. Sleeping with the waves was therapeutic. Lovely island - we will be back to visit.

Totally worth it!

We ended up booking this beautiful two bedroom apartment last minute and it was totally worth it. I must say i will miss sipping on my morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the ocean. There was EVERYTHING we needed already in the apartment and it was REALLY clean. We would love to book this room every time we take a trip to Hawaii.

Perfect setting and clean

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kona Bali Kai #211. We did not miss air conditioning and LOVED sleeping to the sound of the waves. We saw turtle every evening right off our balcony, whales breaching and spinner dolphin playing in the surf. Though the unit is a tad dated everything was very clean and comfortable. we will book this unit again.

Lovely Condo

The condo was in a great location and very clean when we arrived. The views are incredible from the living room and main bedroom! We enjoyed our time in Kona and were happy with the condo. The only thing I would suggest is having small AC units in each bedroom, as the living room unit doesn't cool the bedrooms very well. We were quite warm at night, even with the fans running.

Great lanai and view, wish we could have stayed longer. Heads up, parking is right under the unit so closing car doors or loud engines were a bit obnoxious. But the lapping waves were loud enough to drown most of it out. I would recommend.

Great location

We had a fabulous stay! 211 is right by the ocean, and we left the sliding door open whenever we were “home,” enjoying the peaceful sound of the waves breaking. It was close enough to town to have easy access to everything, but far enough that we weren’t overwhelmed by crowds. The beach at the property was fun for tide-pooling (not really a swimming beach), and there were always surfers in the waves just to the south of the property. The laundry machines in the unit were extremely helpful, and the provided beach towels and snorkeling gear were great to have on hand. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean

The apartment was roomy, and clean for the most part. There were ants in the kitchen that we had to request spray for, the temperatures were fairly high upper eighty’s while we were there however the air conditioning may as well not been there and leaving windows open for trade winds was just not enough! Other than that comfortable!
