As you enter, you'll find an open kitchen with a view that seamlessly connects to the living areas, providing ample space to relax and unwind. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before settling down on the lanai. Here, you can soak in the expansive ocean view while enjoying your coffee or evening sunsets.

The lush surroundings create a serene atmosphere, perfect for evenings by the outdoor fire pit, where stories and laughter are sure to flow. Experience

This home is situated on the walking trail of Walua Road.

The Walua Trail is a welcoming, paved path that offers a scenic, social setting for walkers, joggers, and bikers. This 6-mile out-and-back trail is popular with both locals and visitors, providing a quieter, low-traffic alternative.  The trail is partially isolated from traffic, though some sections run alongside a residential road. The route gradually gains elevation over the first three miles, especially after 1.5 miles in, making the return a refreshing and speedy downhill.

Kona / Keauhou
The sunny Kona district is known for its clear waters and historic Hawaiian landmarks such as the Hulihe’e Palace, Moku’aikaua Church and Ahu’ena Heiau, about 8 miles south of the keahole-Kona Airport.  Kona is also known for its famous deep-sea fishing, annually hosting the International Billfish Tournament (August), world championship triathlon race, ironman (October) and Kona coffee in the cooler upland slopes. Enjoy daily activities such as  snorkeling, diving, paddling, watching spinner dolphins and Hawaiian sea turtles casually swimming by the beach, or watch the boats go by while having a meal or a cocktail on Alii drive.

Keauhou Bay is located at the end of Kamehameha III Road, southern kailua Kona, named as the site of the birthplace of King Kamehameha III.

Known for perfect water for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and snorkeling, manta sightings and ocean adventures.

- Please note that the driveway is steep (which is why the ocean view is so GRAND). A raised or 4WD vehicle is recommended for easier access. If needed, roadside parking is available at the base of the driveway.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:

- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
