Excelente ubicación para esta unidad de un dormitorio y un baño en la planta superior. Alii Villas 309 está muy bien renovado, con pisos de bambú en la sala de estar y una cocina y muebles renovados. Hermosa vista al mar desde la terraza y sala de estar. Ventiladores de techo ubicados en el living, cocina y dormitorio. También hay un aire acondicionado portátil ubicado en el dormitorio. Wi-Fi gratis.

Ali'i Villas es un complejo de condominios que es una verdadera propiedad frente al mar, convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de playas, tiendas y restaurantes, sin embargo, es tranquilo y pacífico. A poca distancia de la cafetería Green Flash, que tiene un excelente café Kona, té y buenos sándwiches y pasteles para el desayuno. Disfrutará de una piscina que está climatizada durante todo el año, cuenta con ducha, baños y una biblioteca de revistas y libros donados en un espacio protegido en el ��rea de la piscina. Más allá de la piscina hay un pabellón comunitario para barbacoas con dos parrillas grandes, un fregadero de limpieza y mesas y sillas. Al final de la propiedad, un dique que mira al oeste es un lugar de reunión popular para reunirse con sus vecinos, sentarse en un banco y contemplar el océano, experimentar espectaculares puestas de sol y observar todo tipo de embarcaciones y vida marina. Great property, convenient location

We had a great time here, we were able to cook our meals and the added little extras like binoculars to watch the whales and dolphins and the use of a cooler and beach mats. We will definitely come and stay again

Perfect spot

Everything was perfect from the onboarding to the apartment itself. Upon entering you are greeted with a welcoming local feel in the apartment's decor. It was clean and you are provided with everything you could need; abundant towels, detergent for the washer, beach gear if you needed it. There were even binoculars, which at first I thought was just decor, until I was on the deck with amazing views of the ocean when heard a man shouting and pointing that there were whales in the ocean. Luckily I had my camera with my 400mm zoom lens and was able to get some good captures. That was the icing on the stay!! 10/10 would stay again and recommend!!

The property was perfect! Everything the description said was accurate. Grateful for the air conditioning in the bedroom which helped with sleeping. View was great! Loved to sit out on the covered patio/deck area and have our morning coffee while looking at the ocean and pool. If you have difficulty with steps, this property is not for you as it is on the third floor with no elevator. Pool was refreshing and clean. Great security! Felt safe at alll times. Wonderful 15 year wedding anniversary celebration!! We will be back!

What I liked the most was the view from the balcony. Every night you could have dinner and watch the beautiful sunset over the ocean behind the tall palm trees. The place was clean and it has many utensils and kitchen gadgets. The location was at walking distance from small beaches.

Comfortable Home Away from Home

This nicely updated and well-furnished condo was a comfortable home away from home, for our 4-night stay in Kona. The impressive Ocean view, provided by its 3rd floor location was probably its most welcoming feature. The unit was well-stocked with Kitchen utensils as well as beach equipment. The property grounds were well-taken care of. The location, about a mile South of the main Kona strip, was close enough for relatively easy access to downtown, but far enough removed from the busy strip, to provide a relaxing atmosphere. The rental management company were notably very helpful, responsive and positive in their communication during our stay. This unit was a very good value for the rate and we would recommend this property to vacationers looking to stay in the Kona area.

Great location and a lovely view :)

The location is close to anything and everything one would want to do in Kailua-Kona. About a mile into town, could even walk and there is a pay as you go bike rental just across the street, if you'd rather bicycle into town. Beach is nearby, beautiful view of the ocean from the lenai, quiet neighbors/neighborhood, comfortable bed, nice and clean, lovely pool, and had everything we needed, but couldn't pack and bring to the island. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Frist off. NO AC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The trade winds were lacking on the day we got there and it was MISERABLE!! It is hard to sleep with upper 80s temps, regardless of all fans running and windows open. Over all the place was very clean, except for the fact that the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. They still had food on them and the coffee cups had rings and oily residue in them. My guess is that the previous tenant just placed them in the cabinet and the cleaning people did not notice. The worst part, since you cannot close the windows and doors without AC, is that there was a CONSTANT hammer drill and grinder running in a unit close to this one. It was mind numbing and led to us staying away from the unit as much as possible. We never accessed the ocean or went to the pool. This was a very overpriced place to store our luggage and sleep in sauna like conditions. Add AC, get a different cleaning crew, and finish remodeling, then this becomes an interesting place to stay.

Lovely condo!

Lovely condo! Nice balcony to enjoy the views and eat a meal. Everything was cleanly and nicely laid out. Beach towels are on the small size, so bring your own if you want I lay out on a towel at the beach. Kitchen has all the amenities you need, even a blender to make fresh fruit smoothies. Make sure to check out the farmers market in Kona. Mangoes are in season now!

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants (1 mile). Property had everything we needed for our stay. The amber colored drinking glasses should probably be retired as they show cracks. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice view of the ocean. Steps up to unit could use a power wash. Unit itself was clean and tidy. AC in bedroom works great.

Great unit. Perfect for a couple.

Unit was as advertised. It’s somewhat dated but very clean. Washer/Dryer were great to have. Really nice Ocean View, also overlooking the pool. We spent many hours on the lanai. So many lovely birds and their songs. Grounds were meticulously landscaped. Quiet Complex. There are Residents scattered throughout the Complex. Dedicated parking stall was close to the stairs. Good location to go north or south along Ali’i Drive. Kona trolley does stop out front but we never used. Pool area was very nice. Lots of room and washrooms right there. Overall a great stay for the price. Would rent again.

This property was a great place to stay and had an amazing view of the ocean from the lanai. It was spacious enough for the two of us and we found the furniture to be well kept and comfortable. Our washer & dryer were quite new and there was plenty of detergent available. The kitchen did not have any dish cloths, only 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel. These items can be purchased but I expected them to be a basic feature in a condo rental. There was no drain tray for dishes so we used a tea towel. There was a few dishwasher pods but with only two of us, I did dishes in the sink for most of the stay. There were plenty of bath towels, hand towels and facecloths, and 2 beach towels apiece. The grounds at Ali'i are well kept and beautiful. The pool was great and we spent many afternoons there, even if it was just a quick dip and 1/2 hour of sunbathing. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay here in Holualoa. The view was exactly as pictured, the place was clean, and the property management team was very helpful and communicative. The best thing about this place is the Reverse Osmosis water faucet in the kitchen. The water was SO good! We loved it. Being on the third floor meant that we could see the Ocean and the pool. The only thing I didn't like was reading the guest book from the owner. They said things like "we will bill you for excessive towel usage." The place was great, but it seemed very clear that the owner was not completely comfortable with having guests in their home. Otherwise, I'd say it was perfect.

We went to Kona for an anniversary trip. The unit was as described. We enjoyed our view of the ocean, especially each evening during the sunset! I enjoyed the salt water pool. My husband was especially grateful for the bedroom air conditioner. Overall, relaxing and enjoyable home base for our trip.

This condo, location and views are exceptional. While it’s in a somewhat quiet location, I did meet many folks at the pool or watching the sunsets. The condo was super clean; bathroom newly updated and made me frown upon mine at home. The bed appears to be new and I slept so well. The ac unit, ceiling fans and evening breezes kept the condo very comfortable. Of course I live in Arizona where summer temps average 113 compared to mid 80s in paradise. I highly recommend this unit to another solo traveler or couple. I won’t hesitate to rebook it for my return trips to Kona.
