Un gros wow

Un 10/10, exceptionnel. Le complexe de condo est très bien entretenu, la piscine est vraiment belle, le condo est grand, propre et confortable. En prime les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le balcon et dormir au son des vagues. J’ai même eu de la peine en le quittant.

Great oceanfront condo

The condo was great. I especially enjoyed the ocean front balcony. There were tons of recreational supplies to use. It was a great stay!

Perfect location

Our February stay was wonderful. From checking in to any questions we had were answered promply. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. If you're worried about no AC,don't be.The fans cooled the unit just fine.High surf days were amazing on the lani. The grounds are beautiful and the location could not have been bette.

Amazing View and Great Location

The condo was very nice and suited our needs very well. It was well stocked and the view alone was worth the stay. The only negatives was the place could use a deep clean and updated kitchenware.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location with an awesome view of the beach and sunset from the Lanai. It's on the middle floor so sometimes you can hear some noise from the unit above. Payment does not have any AC, so on some hotter days it was a bit toasty. Even with all of the fans going and windows open. Do you need? It seems to be a bit dated and could use some TLC... For example, the carpet felt like it could use a shampoo because of the salt and the air, and the toilet wouldn't stop running.

Slept to the sound of waves

We loved our stay here. It is located in a well-maintained community with pickleball/tennis courts, swimming pool; but the best part is the view. We sat on the balcony for our breakfast and dinner everyday and loved the views. We got to see some beautiful sunsets. Loved sleeping to the sound of waves every night. We visited end of May and did not feel the need to have AC (no AC in the unit). Unit was well stocked overall and even had pickleball paddles, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some snorkeling gear (We got our own though). Richard (owner) is very responsive and pretty chill. If you need something, just message him.

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. Five of us fit comfortably. The view from the porch were amazing. We are all going to miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. No one in our family wanted to leave. We will for sure be back!

Spectacular Location & Oceanfront View

Very spacious and clean unit that was very well outfitted with everything you will need. Had a great location and the owners provided a lot of useful information. We would highly recommend this unit. The unit does not have A/C but it was not needed at all during our stay as the unit has an excellent cross breeze.

Fantastic Location and Property!

Peaceful community with proximity to all sites and attractions. Loved being ocean front with walking trails. The owner and support team are extremely conscientious and accessible for any help or questions. The extra niceties were greatly appreciated. No concerns about having no air conditioning, definitely not necessary With the cool ocean breeze and all the shade.

Amazing views, great amenities and wonderful host

Richard's oceanfront condo couldn't be more perfect! We loved the large Lanai and amazing views of the ocean. It was so peaceful to fall asleep to the waves each night. The condo included everything we needed for our stay, including snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers. It was such a relief to not have to rent anything for our outdoor activities. The condo was well stocked with condiments and everything needed for cooking and more. Parking is located steps from the door and the pool is nearby. Richard is a wonderful and responsive host. We highly recommend you book your stay here :)

Amazing Kona Coast sunsets

Condo is as shown in pictures. Great unit on the water with nice amenities- pool, tennis/pickle ball courts. Kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Home centrally located and worked great for our daily excursions - snorkeling, golfing, hiking. Would definitely recommend this home! The only surprise was no AC, fans quickly got the ocean breezes moving and we assimilated.

Beautiful Irene

Beautiful view from the lanai of this well-appointed condo. The owner provides a kitchen with plenty of utensils and tableware; he also includes a number of snorkels, flippers, etc. The condo complex is also comfortable with pleasant grounds, grills, tennis courts and a pool. The distance from town is as advertised, however, this does make it too far to walk. That said, there is a shopping center with full-service grocery store an easy walk away., We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Sound of Ocean Waves

The location is amazing with the sound of the waves, ocean views, and being able to see some birds outside, lizards and mongoose. The water is so clear that I could see the yellow tang from the balcony! Also schools of dolphins. It was such a nice place that I looked forward to returning after the end of a day exploring, so that I could sit on the balcony. Oh, and we also saw a 'moon bow'. So many great memories. I had one question about supplies and the property manager responded within minutes. Would definitely return if able. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Stay!

I had originally booked at a resort and then found this condo. I am so glad I changed our stay! We arrived at night to the sound of crashing waves and woke up to the most incredible view with the ocean feet away! The condo is clean, well-stocked with everything you need for beaches, and excellent host recommendations included. We were able to walk to 2 beaches, Kona is a short drive, and gas, stores etc are just up the street. Bonus: many excursions leave just down the road! Truly the best part of our trip was the sound of waves crashing all night, enjoying the afternoon on the balcony, and seeing every sunset as well. Would definitely stay again… in fact, I think I would be disappointed with any other location!

Hawaii Blue Sky & Waves

Had a lovely time at this beautiful unit overlooking the ocean. It was great sitting on the balcony seeing the crashing waves. A couple of things - 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. Also, the water was out for most of one of our days. No communication from Richard. I called & left a vm. Rocco from the office let us know what was going on. Better communication would have been helpful. Would love to return again.

Peaceful and Serene

The grounds are luscious and so well kept. The view is just breathtaking and 100% yours. Don’t need to share it with the whole restaurant. The Lanai is a vacation on it’s own. Beautifully decorated and has an abundance of dishes, Tupperware to go, chairs, boggie boards, snorkeling masks, fins, beach towels a lot of books and more. Well stocked cabinets with the essential oil, salt seasonings, jam peanut butter condiments etc same for the bath rooms soap and shampoos. Just treat yourself and enjoy this sweet location. Great pool ,table tennis. Nice small beach at the end of the resort know one really knows of. We had the beach to ourselves. FYI NO air condition but has a lot of fans.

Great condo

Perfect getaway for our family of 5. The view was everything you could hope for, from drinking your coffee in the morning on Lanai to happy hour, or watching the amazing sunsets. The condo had every amenity that you could want from boogie boards to beach chairs, umbrella, pickleball equipment, coolers, etc. Our youngest slept on the air mattress which worked out perfectly. Richard was very helpful through the whole process. The only little thing was that it got pretty warm in late July and with no air conditioning it took a while to cool down in the evening. All the fans and the ocean breeze were helpful. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Simply The Best!

Oh my! What to say? Just this. Simply The Best! A perfect place! Starting with the condo grounds - they are beautiful. Everything is ship-shape and perfect. Pool? Not spectacular, but a very nice area with a pavilion and the tennis courts adjoining. We didn't use the outdoor grill area, but it looked very nice. And saving the Best for last - the condo! Ha! and Oh My! What a joy it was to enter this place. You readers all know the terror of getting to your booked-on-line-place. You could be walking into anything. But at this condo, you are walking into a perfect place. Workable full kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make a meal for A LOT of people! Usable pots and pans! Cutting boards! Glasses galore! Place settings for 12++. Big frig and Bosch dishwasher! And that's just the start. In the closet is plenty of equipment for the beach - chairs, towels, snorkels, beach coolers (with icies in the freezer!). I was amazed. Back in the condo, there is a large dining room and great living area with a big TV and instructions for use! Hooray! I never find that! Next to the living room is a lovely master bedroom/bath. With another big closet. And then there is another bedroom/bath. So, 2 BR's 2 baths. Perfect! And out that sliding glass door from the MBR and the Living Room is the biggest lanai ever! Oh! It is just so lovely! It stetches across the living room and the master bedroom to create a huge living space that I could not get enough of! Great table for dining, chaise lounges, extra chairs - it's all there to just enjoy that ocean front view. And great view it is. Literally a front row seat to all the ocean action(I saw whales! And birds! And boats!), and the most AWESOME SUNSETS EVER!! It doesn't get any better than this. Oh! And did I mention that the location is great, too? Highly recommend this condo. You can't do any better!
