"We had a group of 7 and had our annual Away Day to cover off a few hours of planning etc and found this house perfect for our stay. There’s room to burn here, great views and nice easy walks very close to the property. The kayaks were a bonus and 2 of went out at 8am and had some fun with lots of dolphins about 150 metres from the shore. I highly rate Coopers catch in Kaikoura for a fish and chip lunch. I great team bonding experience in a great house. Thanks"

"We loved the area and our stay here. If we happen to be in Kaikoura again we would definitely choose to stay here again. It was warm, comfortable, quiet, helpful, responsive and beautiful views from our front windows of the landscape. There was easy parking, check-in and check out. The staff even helped me spray off the mud from my shoes and socks when returning from a run on the peninsula loop. Also, there are restaurants within walking distance as well. A great stay for winter and I'm sure for any other season as well."
