"The property was large, in an excellent location to beach and other local businesses. There are some things worth mentioning. PROS Property was a short walk to beach, actually across the street. The unit had a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combo in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella was provided. Designated FREE parking spot. Pools were clean and quiet. "Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again."

"Beautiful view from the lanai. This condo is located in a scenic, quiet area. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. Towels in the unit were very nice. We couldn’t swim every day because of some bad weather, but when we did the pool was amazing. This condo is located within walking distance to a harbor and the Pacwhale center and aquarium. "

The corner unit gives the best view of the water and his decorating makes for a very pleasant atmosphere! The two air conditioning units make for a very comfortable setting.
