On arrival, the room was FULL of dead bugs everywhere. Hundreds. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Kitchen sink had sticky red substance on it. Kitchen counters had dusty layer. Microwave readout didn't work so you had no idea of cooking time. No way to set it. Dryer did not work.
When I contacted the company that managed it and told them about all the dead bugs and the rest of the unclean issues, they assured me they would have someone out to deep clean first thing in the morning. Didn't happen. The whole morning went by. I reached out and they made an excuse that I needed to send pics first. I had already texted many pics the previous night with piles of bugs. By mid afternoon the follow day I contacted Expedia and told the property management company that I contacted Expedia. They had someone there to clean in a half hour, only after I reported them. I asked for compensation for the terrible condition of the apartment. They told me they would give me $100 ONLY if I gave them a 5 star review and I had to stay the whole time. This was a Comfort Mountain view room with King bed.
