Terrible. Service was terrible, communication was horrendous if i could give them -5 stars I would. It’s so bad i didn’t even get to stay there for the days i had. You’re better off going to the Marriott. They cancelled my room and said they were going to upgrade me due to the unit not being available but says i have to pay for the upgrade that they offered. Do you know if you offer the upgrade it’s usually complimentary? No they said i still had to pay j told them no. It wouldn’t work. Then they tried to say they had a unit at the same price on the other side of turtle bay. Why didn’t you offer me that first? Ended up cancelling and had to fight them for my refund of my deposit. Horrible customer service! Do not ever plan to go through Kuilima estates.
