We are excited to offer this beautiful ground floor 1 bedroom, one bath condo for your next stay in paradise. This unit is situated in Kui'lima Estates West, which is located at Turtle Bay on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Kuilima Estates is not associated with Turtle Bay Resort but is adjacent to it. ** BRAND NEW VINYL LAMINATE FLOORS AND SLEEPER SOFA PER PREVIOUS GUESTS SUGGESTIONS **

Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive resort prices! With a casual island feel, we want you to feel right at home during your stay with us. A beautiful pool, barbecues, and tennis courts lay just outside your door, while the beach, two championship golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, multiple restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, and Ho'olana) and a pool bar are just a short 5 minute walk away.

Some activities can be booked next door through the hotel, including surf lessons, horseback riding, and helicopter tours, while other activities, such as day trips to the Polynesian Cultural Center, hiking, cage or cageless shark diving, snorkeling, skydiving, and standup paddle boarding, are less than 30 minutes away!

**The Kuilima Estates units are privately owned and not associated with the main resort. Although you may go to the resort and use the paid facilities, such as the restaurants, golf courses, etc., guests staying in the Kuilima Estates do NOT have access to the resort pool and jacuzzi when staying at the estates. However, you have access to all three pools at the Kuilima Estates!

Great location for North Shore living. Check-in/Out was so simple. Clean up was so easy that we did more than necessary just because. Exceptionally clean on arrival. Had everything we needed so that we could just focus on enjoying our stay.We are so grateful we found this host.

Great condo near Turtle Bay

We loved our stay. Everything was wonderful with the exception of the bed. The bed and pillows could use some updating. The condo was located in a secure area near the Turtle Bay Resort.

Great stay!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Super close to the turtle bay beach which is amazing (maybe a 5 min walk)! Two turtles hanging out in the bay all week! Super comfortable!

Great stay. But the place could use a little TLC

We had a great stay at the condo. Location was great! Few improvements would make the place even better: replace dead bulbs in kitchen, bifold door in kitchen was so annoying!, Bathroom fan was way too loud and needed cleaning, upgrade furniture so it’s comfortable to relax after a busy day. Shades on lamps need to be replaced some had holes in them But we had a really fun time. Towel, beach chairs, cooler were provided. The pool area is fantastic has a bbq which was very fun. Property owner came out immediately to fix the broken toilet but needs to spend a little more there doing other repairs. Overall tho we had a great time here.

Perfectly commutable condo

Everything was as advertised. As someone who also rents a vacation property through VRBO, I’d offer a few suggestions: 1. Add a working hairdryer. The one in the unit had a European plug! 2. Make coffee available to your guests. Thanks for a nice stay!

Amazing!

This was a three day business trip. I had a small hiccup when I arrived at the unit (I arrived at 9 pm local time). I contacted Sophia and she responded right away and let than 15 minutes later she was at the unit taking care of everything. Sophia answered every question I had right away. One of the property pools is right across the street from the unit. Perfect location. GREAT host.

The property is located near many of the beaches and had easy access in and out of the condo area. Be prepared to rent or purchase beach stuff. The condo had no useful beach equipment. Great stay and met the purpose of our stay. Thank you

Great Turtle Bay location

Unit is in a very nice location. Laie and Sunset Beach are minutes away. The condo made for a very comfortable stay. Had a great time. Could not get used to where theight switches are other than that it was a great place to stay.

Relaxation & Snorkeling

Great location a short walk to the main hotel and beach. Snorkeling in the cove saw two octopus and a sea turtle. Pull out couch a little bumpy but GREAT stay!!
