"we stayed 3 nights in room 11. it s a small guest house with basic but comfortable rooms . good location walking distance from gangaramaya temple, good breakfast , excellent dinner and extremely kind and helpfull staff. only con: the tuk tuk guy who waits just off the hotel gate . he asks double or triple price for every trip you might be interested in. just ignore him and walk 3 minutes to the main road where metered tuk are available"

"I messaged the hotel to pick me from the airport as advised airport pick up and drop off.we called the property 3 times. No one pick up. No one showed up. I took a taxi. When I arrived, no one there. 4 bedrooms. Two were used. Two clean. Waited for hour. Tried to call. No one there. I had 12 hours layover. I helped my self and used one of the rooms.
