  • What an apartment this is, situated on the ground level of a gated complex, across the street from the foreshore. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room to spare it is perfect for a family holiday.

    The main bedroom overlooks the ocean, just relax in the queen bed and watch the day begin. An ensuite to this bedroom has a shower and separate toilet.

    The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, wardrobes and ceiling fans.

    The open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area has a r/c air con and boasts leather lounges, FREE Wi-Fi plus Smart 65 inch TV, home theatre and DVD library. A magnificent chefs kitchen with stone top benches and cupboards full of cutlery and crockery. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven.
    A large dining setting and lounge suite are situated on the patio looking across the foreshore.

    A great couple's luxury retreat.

    There is parking for 2 vehicles, inside the complex, one behind the other at the rear of the unit.
    The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park with communal services in the center of the complex. It boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the little ones. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and there are FREE BBQ's.

    Some consumables such as toilet paper & some soaps are provided for your arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.
    Sleeps up to 6 guests in 5 beds.
    Sorry, No pets allowed.

    From $330 - $425 per night.
    Mandatory bed linen, bath towel and booking fees apply and are included in your booking total.

    Please be advised Photo ID and a valid credit card (Visa or M/C) along with a refundable security deposit of $500 will be required at key collection. If you are arriving outside of office hours, this needs to be organised prior to your arrival date.

Weekend stay

Lovely unit. Everything was as described in description. Everything was available to use in the kitchen. Nice and clean on arrival. There is not BBQ, but could use BBQ’s in the estate near pool.Middle room fan ticked when on, made it hard for the children to sleep.WIFI was in and out… made it hard to watch anything online. But we had free to air TV. Overall a lovely small unit, close to beach and playground.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and complex, pool was awesome, gardens and security.Very clean property and comfortable.Some feedback for maintenance- all ceiling fans noisy/weird grinding sound so couldnt use them.literally no consumables in kitchen (salt/pepper/oil - some tea /coffee.Master Bed could do with an upgrade/tired small.

Great location but not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in jurien every year and decided to spend a bit more as the property looked great.We stayed 10 days (4 of us) and were only given 4 rolls of toilet paper,3 dishwasher tablets,3 rubbish bags,a few tablespoons of laundry powder. The coffee was a stale rock I have a photo,the pans still greasy and the utensils are well and truly worn the sharpest knife is nearly broken.We washed our car and the next day caretaker is outside saying that the owner wants the hose.3 or 4 of the days there were people staying upstairs and we had constantly listen through the roof to a child running around and furniture moving
