The accommodations were quite good and the bathrooms were a lot more cleaner than I’d expected. Overall we were provided for a lot for the amount paid. It’d been better if the room with the bunk beds could have a bigger light bulb, as it was dim but overall the main bedroom was more comfortable to rest in.

Holiday house accommodation

The cottage was well equipped & comfortable and the location was great. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing. E.g. ventilation fans & vents badly needed cleaning. Some modest refurbishments like a coat of paint & some new window treatments would greatly improve the appeal of the cottage

Nightmare

My accomodation was cancelled by the so called "host" at 7pm the night before we were due to book in. It is now 3 weeks later and i have still only received a partial refund. Have sent 2 emails to so called "host" requesting the rest of my refund and have had no response. Worst company i have ever dealt with, would recommend that you book with anyone other than Stayz

Security a big issue

Back door in dis-repair. Handle on outside ok to gain access but from inside no handle and no lock. Anyone could have entered from outside. Difficult to have a good sleep when the accommodation is not secure. Image available if required

I arrived at 4 pm and someone else was in the accommodation already. I had to drive back to Perth

I paid on line and would like my money back.

Booking and follow up communication was excellent. Any enquiries and changes were answered and confirmed in a very short time. Linen was very worn and no protectors on pillows kitchen utensils a very mixed lot and cooking pans jot cleaned well.

Top Spot Shack

Very basic - no extras like coffee & shampoo. An old shack in a good location ready to be knocked down. Expensive for what it was.

Great Stay at the cottages. Would absolutely stay there again. Hosts were easy to contact and property was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. Close to everything.

We booked this cottage because it had 3 beds to accommodate 3 people (not related). Why were only two beds made up? The third bed did not have sheets.

A lovely little house for a base to work from. Centrally located near all town facilities. Easy parking for boat and trailer.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property. It was nice and clean, and we loved being able to take our dog away for the weekend.

Affordable, nice,cute and clean cottage

The cottage is fully self contained with cooking facilities. Nice and clean. Good bathroom. Right opposite shops. It was just my husband and me and our beloved kelpie staying this time. But it is perfect for a family and very affordable. TV remote needs fixing though. It won’t turn on the TV.

He property was old and not especially clean. It was also missing things like glasses (it just had 1!). There was a lot of dog hair around.

Lovely cottage!

Lovely little cottage to stay - across the road to the shops, super spacious and comfy for a fantastic price. The shower was SO nice and hot and great pressure! Thanks for having us, Nessa! :)

Great place to stay in Jurien, wether you are there for a few days or just a stop over on your way further north. Nessy is extremly helpful and accomodating!

Exactly what a beach property should be. Well located, cheap, everything you need without being over the top. Will be back

Value for money

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is very central to all the attractions and a short stroll to the beach. The only issue we had was the hot water was not hot enough. While having a shower the water would go from luke warm to cold in an instant. Some attention can be given to the gas pressure. Overall excellent value for money.
