"Exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything I needed for my stay. The coffee setup was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the view of the harbor across the street was such a beautiful thing to wake up to every morning. The property is located off the highway, as other reviews have mentioned, but the hosts provide a white-noise machine. "such an easy place to stay. easy to find, easy to follow the entry instructions, sparkling clean, and so comfortable. the bed is really comfortable, and so is the couch. and it is so nice to have a well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom is spacious and so nice to have a washer and dryer. i stayed for two full weeks and was so comfortable the whole time. the fred meyer is close - so it was easy to get groceries. i worked at the forest service office and it was a nice drive. also, it is an easy drive...

"We worked and lived in Juneau for years so we know our way around. This was our 4th VRBO stay in Juneau in 4 years. Location wise this is perfect. You overlook a working, active boat harbor and launch facility. The commercial fishing fleet was tied up there, the tourist fleet is also there. You can walk to brew pubs, restaurants and a quick market for beverages, food and gasoline. When we return we will be looking for availability of this rental."

"Property was awesome. Hot tub was great and well maintained. Hosts answered questions quickly. Overall the stay was excellent. The weather even cooperated and we were able to utilize the fire pit."

"Weather was a big factor in out stay, as it was a residence, but they had a plow truck plow the berm and driveway, so we could get out, and a shovel to make trail out to my car. Also, when my granddaughter came up from Petersburg, it was easy to add her on to our stay. It worked out really well and we had variables as to whether we were going to have to stay one more day, if we couldn’t get on the ferry until Monday night. "We stayed at Granite Getaway fine night/ paid for six nights and chose it primarily because it was pet friendly. Overall, the unit had most of what we needed.The kitchen was adequately stocked, but it would have been nice to hav cookware not badly scratched and peeling Teflon to the point unusable. We also had to tighten a loose doorknob, and I spent time troubleshooting the smart TV, including updating the software, to get it working.During our stay, the host asked to enter the unit to measure...
