Enjoy the spectacular views from our LUXURY vacation home perched 100 feet above the sea.

The space

Oceanfront modern vacation home on the rugged southwest coast of Vancouver Island. Overlooking the ocean and mountains, our home gives easy access to wonderful beaches and spectacular old growth forest. This friendly area is a treat for nature lovers and is the perfect place for exciting activities or deep relaxation. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, Satellite TV with Netflix, gas fireplace and bluetooth speaker. Enjoy the propane fire table and gas BBQ on the balcony where you'll want to spend hours looking out at the spectacular ocean and mountain views.

Other things to note

This area is popular for fishing, cycling and hiking. Surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking down the Gordon River is very popular. So many places to go hiking and exploring including the gorgeous Botanical Beach and the old growth of Avatar Grove. Take a 10 minute drive to Fairy Lake and another 15 minutes toLizard Lake and enjoy floating on an air mattress or a dip in the lake to cool off in the heat of the summer months. Check out the entrance to the West Coast and Juan d'Fuca Trails. Take a 5 minute stroll to the new Gateway marina. Other amenities are the Port Renfrew Pub, the Coastal Kitchen (open seasonally) and Tomi's Cafe (great coffee, breakfast and lunch) at the foot of Baird Road.

An amazing stay for us. Everything was perfect. The views were spectacular. All amenities were provided. Sitting on the deck overlooking the bay with the fire pit on provided a perfect relaxing environment. If we come back to this area we will stay here again for sure. Hopefully longer. We stayed 3 nights. The host was very communitive & provided information as required. Reviews (not third party) on VRBO are very impotent for guests based on some of our past experiences. This is a true 10 out of 10. Thank you

I had an amazing experience staying at this Vrbo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and making sure I felt at home. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Vrbo experience.

Great getaway

We had a great stay in Port Renfrew. We enjoyed using the fire pit on the patio. I would recommend bringing food to cook there and not relying on the pub in town. They were extremely busy that they weren’t doing takeout the night we stayed there.

First time vrbo

This was our first time using VRBO. It was an excellent experience all around. This location was analyzing! So close to botanical Beach which was our main draw to this area. We did visit other braces as well and were very happy with this location for ease of use. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Fantastic setting and home

We were very impressed with the accomodation as it was even nicer than in the photos. The view was spectacular from the balcony and we were close to beautiful walks in the area. Lynda was very supportive and accomodating and we would definitely consider returning. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed and the home had all the extras! Thank you again!

Quiet getaway

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is it! The coastal cottage is well stocked with games and books, magazines and a nice view! Don’t rely on local pubs/restaurants to eat out, their hours are unreliable and food is just mediocre. Cook in! And bring all grocery necessities with you.
