"Pros - Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pet friendly area had shopping, food, gas and most anything you would need. Rooms were quiet but the car wash to the east was so loud and obnoxious. I would have did an average rate but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cons - conditions and details of the room were not up to great condition, thou the rooms were clean restroom doors had obvious water damage, no hair dryer, iron and ironing board. No weather seal under door lots of space...

"The refrigerator in the room was not working and had food left in it from previous guests. There was hair on the bed, so the sheets were obviously not fresh. Notifed the staff, who offered us to change to a different room. The room we switched to also had food in the refrigerator, dirty sheets and large areas of paint peeling inside the bathroom. Since we still had keys to the previous room, I took the food over to the first room and left it in the refrigerator with the other garbage/food. ...

"The people are not professional and rooms not clean"

"Was basically new rooms recently renovated. However the toilet was small snd low to the ground which made it hard to sit. The ice make in the front never had any ice so couldnt get ice for dri ks etc. Breakfast was ok but could have used some variety in danish/muffins. Not everyone is a fan of waffles either. Did not have sweetener other than sugar or sweet n low for the coffee. All that being said, would i stay there again while visiting Holebrook? Id have to say yes."

"Naked lady came out as we were trying to enter our room. She started talking to us. We were extremely uncomfortable and told the front desk. We were moved further away. Had a nervous sleepless night worrying about where we were."
