Welcome to our downtown Johnson City loft, hosted by The Sanctuary Co. This charming loft is situated right in the heart of downtown Johnson City, offering a picturesque view of a breezy courtyard. This is the perfect place to stay as you explore all that downtown JC has to offer.
Our apartment is ideally located between Main Street and the downtown square parking lot. With restaurants, breweries, parks, and a new theatre just steps away, you will find endless entertainment options. You can easily stop by the farmers' market, take a stroll through Founders Park, or swing by one of the many events in the evening. There is even a restaurant under the complex for easy access to brunch, dinner, and events!

Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, excluding cats, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
Interaction with Guests:
We have stringent and intentional cleaning methods that take CDC recommendations and more into consideration as we prepare each of our homes for guests to stay. Our aim is to provide a home away from home experience for every guest, family, or group that stays with us.
