"breakfast was delicious. staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. only negative was there was way too much clutter. too much furniture and too many decorative thingys on top of the furniture."

"The property is situated in an ideal location with a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Also if you are not driving the Uber is a reliable and reasonable way to travel especially if your family is going to six flags new england. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when asking for information. The free breakfast and coffee was excellent with good choices of breakfast items. Would stay here and recommend."

"Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there...

"Our room was brand new so everything was in excellent condition. Layout was great.Loved the kitchenette. The included breakfast was very limited so we did not partake. The neighborhood is dead.We had to drive to a different town for food. Local Paramount Pizza saved the day when we did not feel like going out. Overall nice stay."

"One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool. The buffet was actually great but the pub was disappointing. They had a set menu with very limited options. It would be nice to have more options than just sandwiches."

"First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. However on the first night there were people smoking in their rooms. You could smell it all from outside the...

"We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!"

"Room had just been renovated and there was still work being done. We were very pleased overall with the stay. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful with dinner options. We would stay at this property again."
