"Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Descubrimos por casualidad que tenía una bonita piscina en la primera planta. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Y tiene una estupenda ubicación en el centro junto a un importante centro comercial, donde encuentras todos los servicios. El personal del hotel muy servicial. Nos cancelaron un vuelo para el día siguiente y en recepción nos ayudaron durante un largo rato, hasta que pudimos comprar otro vuelo. Sin duda volvería a este hotel."

"Bokade tre rum och bodde två nätter på hotellet. Väldigt fint hotell, men tyvärr fick vi problem med 2 av rummen. Det ena luktar avlopp och det andra luktar rök. Fick byta rum till slut. För övrigt, mycket bra utbud på frukost och mycket servicevänliga personal. Ett tips till frukostpersonal: se till att hålla maten varmt genom att stänga ner alla lock på mathållaren. Jag förstår att alla gäster kanske inte fattar syftet med det, men det funkar faktiskt på andra hotell, varför inte på Gets? "

"No complaints whatsoever for this hotel, the stsff are great, the rooms are spotless, the restsurant is very good, the pool area is small but very smart and the rooftop bars are brilliant. Be aware that smoking is allowed in the rooftop bar but theres plenty of seats outside. Location is extremely busy with traffic and theres building going on across the road but other than that its a great hotel if you ever visit the city."

"I just stay for one night after a long trip of my holiday in central java. They have very strategic locatio which is sourounded by interesting spot for hangout. The room was very comfort, especially they used very well known brand for their bed. For the breakfast buffet they server very fresh salad fruit, various beverage and the taste of the buffet was the greatest after I compare this with Citra Dream cirebon and jogjakarta. For overall it was a valuable budged hotel with best service....

"Dopo alcuni anni di assenza da Semarang sono tornato ed ho scelto il Grand Arkenso Hotel, ex Hotel Horison,hotel che ho sempre frequentato. Non ho trovato nulla di cambiato, a parte il nome. Molto cortesi alla reception; essendo arrivato prima dell'orario di check-in mi avrebbero dato una camera fumatori, ma ho aspettato un po' e mi hanno dato un camera anche con upgrade. Aveva infatti un bel divano ed era molto grande. Sempre ottima la colazione, molto varia e la piscina è sempre uno...
