Unfortunately at the exorbitant price we paid of over $1000 per night in ski season, this did not live up to our expectations for this kind of price tag. The apartment was worn and dated and in need of some serious freshening up. The apartment is very dark (brown painted walls) with very poor lighting making it feel even smaller and more cluttered. Unfortunately we were met with carpet that looked in need of replacing (worn /rips/holes/stains) and wooden furniture that was chipped and old. To our astonishment, there was not even 1 smart TV in the apartment, so we were unable to stream from any platforms which was very disappointing when paying this price tag. The oven also didn’t function property and several times our food was burnt despite it being on the lowest setting. The bunk room was equipped with a metal bunk that had what appeared to be camping mattresses (approx 1 inch thick) and the single ensemble bed had obviously had the original mattress removed and replaced with the same thin and flimsy/not supportive mattress - very disappointing & not up to standard for this price point. The whole place needs more power points/power boards. The bathrooms were old/worn and had signs of mould and water damage to wood/surrounds. We were supplied with a tiny set of travel shampoo/conditioner/wash and insufficient toilet paper for the entire 7 nights! They don’t even supply pool towels for the marketed pool on site…at over $1k per night - unbelievable!
