Among Attractions at Sanctuary Point, Palm Beach is a lovely beach, it's a safe place for the kids. It takes only 4 min by car to get there. The boat ramp is only a 3 min drive for boating and fishing on St Georges basin, with lots of walks along the water. A golf club & bowls club (The Country Club, St Georges Basin are only a 20 min walk away). There is also a fitness centre with heated pool at Vincentia only 5 min drive away. 10 min drive to BODEREE national park .

Bay and bush walks, the fishing is one of the best areas in Australia. The area is serviced with Woolworths, Aldi , Coles

Natural Attractions - Sections of BODEREE JERVIS BAY NATIONAL PARK. Jervis bay marine park provides excellent opportunities for scuba diving, swimming and kayaking and the resident dolphins are a spectacular sight.

BOODEREE NATIONAL PARK is a fascinating and unspoiled area to explore. It has magnificent beaches. At Green patch beach , look for resident kangaroos and coloured rosellas and lorikeets.

The ruined lighthouse at cape features spectacular cliff views and Booderee botanic gardens has some interesting walks, a cool rainforest gully and a variety of native plants.

All those Attractions are only 10min drive by car from Sanctuary point

We had a lovely time at Jean's cottage. The place was very clean and there is plenty of room. Its in a great location,10 minute drive to Hyams beach. Was great to come home to the cottage each day to unwind with the birdlife out the back. We look forward to visiting again.

The location was really good so do the cozzy cottage. Having netflix was added advantage for the kids. The amenities provided by the host was realy amazing. The only feedback is the house wasn't clean and the coutch was bit old and need proper cleaning.

Perfect little place with all the comforts of home. Not super close to the busier parts of town but amazing budget friendly house. Bonus points for the air fryer. Host was super with communication and tips on dealing with traffic into the area. Palm beach close buy for walks and watersports.

Excellent cottage in good location

Arriving was simple and easy with Jeans instructions. Cottage was clean, and instructions for everything such as tv and Netflix were very helpful. Good location, 15 mins to Huskisson, 15 mins to HMAS Creswell. It was perfect for our long weekend attending a function at the Naval College. Happy to recommend.

Great little place

We loved staying here. The location is close to beach and wetlands. Good fishing not far away. Very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend upgrading the beds though.

A great place for a long weekend

We had little time to meet between work contracts and time zones, so we collided at Syd airport, hired a car and headed to Cosy Cottage. We had a wonderful time. Thank you. Please update your TV instructions and access to WiFi. We lived without but it did make remote working difficult. It’s absolutbeautiful nearby and the walks are lovely.

The area was beautiful and the house functional. The main bedroom bed was not very comfortable and the Main Bedroom TV did not work. The house itself has a great location and it has everything required. The owner responded promptly.

Relaxing, clean and quiet. Loved it.

Great property within walking distance of cafe and lakeside beach. Very comfortable with everything you need or a pleasant stay. We stayed over the Christmas weekend and the house was decorated including a Christmas tree! What a delight. we would definitely stay again.

Quite comfortable home away from home

This home has everything, the kitchen is fully stacked with goodies, has lots of appliances to enjoy, such as a juicer, blend, and much more, the only thing is your there to relax, so there is no internet, which was fine took the time to see the local beaches, and the Maritime Museum, the kids enjoyed coming home in the evening, we had home cooked dinners, and the girls baked a cake for desert. The manager is only a call away and responds promptly, Highly recommend.
