The apartment was clean and warm and spacious enough for two adults. It was really easy to find and access especially being both by the PATH and Washington St. The kitchen had enough supplies to make a few small meals, and the bathroom was spacious. Quiet neighbors/neighborhood.

AJ was easily accessible & clear in communications. The apartment was perfect for a quick trip to NYC for my teenage daughter & I. We loved the neighborhood & enjoyed using public transport into & around the city.

Good, safe location in Hoboken. Well connected to the city (bus 126 is 3 min walk, PATH subway is 10-15 min walk south). The apartment is very clean. For us the heating worked almost too well, had to turn the radiator down a bit. Studio apartment. Clean bathroom, hair dryner, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Easy check in (remote/doesn't require owner to be present) even when we landed late at night (arrived at 11 pm at night).

Nice 1-room apartment close to Stevens

I was in Hoboken to attend a conference at Stevens. The apartment's location is great, very short walking distance to both Washington St. and Stevens. The communication with AJ was perfect, he was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you need, even though it was a little old. I recommend to bring earplugs as the fridge and the outside are rather noisy at night. Would book again for the next conference!

nice, clean and safe

great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive.

Perfect Lodging for Two

The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again!

Midtown Hoboken apartment on Hudson

Very reasonably priced with full kitchen. New queen-sized bed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all the restaurants and shops on Washington. The host is great at communicating and very responsive. The electric outlet situation by the bed is not ideal The host kindly provided an extension cord, which we definitely needed, but if you have a CPAP machine or something electrical that needs to be next to the bed and/or a number of things that you want to charge, bring an outlet strip with a 3 foot or longer cord.

Hoboken studio in Uptown

Quiet, safe, neighborhood. One block from Washington, where you can get anything you want, including great food of any type. A J was great with respect to communicating all needed information very clearly and promptly. Fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, silverware, bowls, etc.

Great stay

We spent five nights in this studio apartment. It was perfect except the last day when someone was smoking near enough the windows for the smell to sneak in. Weather was too gorgeous to leave the windows closed. Anthony’s place was clean and well-kept, with enough streaming TV options to satisfy during a rainy patch. Very easy entry and exit process. Pretty quiet and perfect location for visiting our Stevens Duck on parents’ weekend. Close enough to walk to the PATH for the city and NJ Transit for an NFL game. Many convenient restaurants and shops. Would love to stay again when we come for a visit.
