THE SPACE
Experience ultimate comfort and convenience in our stunning 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of our beautiful home. With its airy layout and lush greenery, this apartment is perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful retreat.
On the main floor, you will sleep in two luxurious bedroom complete with a full-size bed, and two twin over full bunk beds. You can also relax in the stylish living room, which boasts a 60”tv with a PS2/ Game Cube as well as a selection of board games and plenty of books in the library. You’ll also find a comfortable sectional here for an additional guest.
Enjoy whipping up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have full private access to the first floor.
You will also have a dedicated parking spot in a private parking lot on our block (3-minute walk).

We have air mattresses and bassinets should you need them (please request in advance).
Street parking is free but can be difficult at night. We have a dedicated free parking spot reserved for guests in a private lot around the corner and can provide additional parking upon request.
Our home is your home while you stay with us. We want you to have a wonderful experience while you are visiting, we just ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own home.

- No more that 14 guests allowed on the property (strictly enforced)
- A $50 replacement fee per lost key will be assessed
- If you do not return your parking pass at the time of checkout, you will be charged a fine of $25
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices. A $300 fee will be applied for any violations.
- The remote key for the parking lot is on the table in the living room. Please ensure you return it to the same place after your stay, as a $500 fee will be charged for any unreturned or lost remotes.
