"Front desk staff were nice & the cucumber water was a nice touch, however the hotel has seen better days. Walls were scuffed, carpets looked dirty. Only 1 elevator was working & was really slow. The rooms were not great for what you pay. The first room toliet was not clean, dried yellow urine spots on the seat with hair. There was hair on the shower rug as well as the pillows on the bed. Most shelves & end tables were dusty and the carpet looked dirty. The couch also had a dirty spot. This was...

"Love the pet policy, free breakfast, nice location and helpful, friendly staff. There were full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. They are waiting for renovations and the worn furniture, hard mattresses and flat pillows reflect that. I hope they will have the renovations done by the next time I stay then it will be 5 stars."

"Clean and big rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, after a day , we noticed there’s no phone in the room, they offered us to be transferred to another room but we were already all settled . Staff were very nice. Same breakfast menu every day, coffee was good. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Albuquerque."

"A wonderful historic property. Very nicely redone. I think it’s super cool that when I was growing up this property was known as the psych hospital and now you can stay there. Gorgeous grounds, nice simple breakfast as well."
