"People were friendly. Room was great because if extra space of suite.. gave a family of 4 a little extra room which definitely helps. Exercise room had a lot of space. Pool and hot tub were nice. Nice decorations. And breakfast was good as well so overall good trip"

My family and I stayed at this hotel recently with my family, and when we woke up in the morning, both my son and I had multiple bites all over our skin. This is a major health and safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately by the management."

"Convenient location. However, we got a studio room and it was not well maintained. One small AC unit for 3 rooms and the temperature never cooled down, so we slept very hot. Bathroom was old and not well maintained, so appeared dirty. Would choose another location"

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains. The only downside to our whole experience was the fact that we were charged $7.00 per night for parking. The parking lot is shared with a near empty mall so parking is not an issue and seemed like a petty charge to add on ."

"the room was clean, and the staff was very professional, friendly, and when there was a little "glitch," they were extremely helpful. The "glitch" related to a cc reader and not a problem with the facility. The location was as good as I had hoped that it would be. We would stay there again, no doubt. (Thanks again, to the staff!)"
