Like the location. Property was well kept and clean. No TVs in the bedrooms. Dog barked upstairs the first hour or so we were ther but quit soon thereafter.

Island stay

It was the perfect size.The unit is definitely dated but that didn’t bother us as much as the smell. It had an old mildew smell that we could not get rid of. We could not get any of the windows open. I would stay here again.

Grandma's Nook

What a lovely stay. Great location, tucked into a neighborhood among Spanish moss. A humble and cosy abode. I do plan to return, as it is quite affordable.

Most expensive low quality apartment I have ever stayed in

The tile was loose and sliding freely on the floor. The recliner was broken and did not recline. The living room furniture was wicker style and uncomfortable. The water to the residence smelled awful. The toilet had to be flushed 4 or 5 times to make it go down. The price was extremely high for a very low end stay. Would not stay there again.

Great stay

Perfectly located in a small neighborhood. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The couch has changed from the pictures but still decently comfortable. The island has a lot of see. I would stay at this place again!

Close to everything

We liked the quiet Neighborhood. We also loved being able to walk to the beach in less than five minutes. We were also able to rent bikes and had easy access to the beautiful historic district in just a few minutes. We had a great time.

Jekyll Island Quadraplex

The location and price of this property were the two strongest attributes. We were able to easily bike to and from both sides of the island, enjoying four sunrise/sunset days in paradise with our all-adult family of 5. The beds were comfortable and front porch was lovely for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon. We were in the middle of a neighborhood, which added extra charm to our stay. A dishwasher would definitely be a nice addition if you can find a way to squeeze one into the tiny kitchen. We shall return. Thank you.

Needs serious housekeeping done!

When we checked in the rental was dirty. There is absolutely no parking. The rental company is really nice and the representative was wonderful ❤️. But that property needs some serious updates and work on the shower, floors, and kitchen. The water barley runs out and runs out of hot water quick. Ms. Katherine that lives next door is the sweetest lady. My grandson just loved her❤️. We ate out on all of our meals because I was very uncomfortable with the kitchen. Please clean apartment and update it.

Comfortable, clean, convenient

I actually didn’t stay at C-W due to a last minute issue with the owner, so Mac called and explained that an alternative property would be available at the same cost. I was more than pleased with the property overall, and it was located very close to the C-W property, so all I can say is that I loved the location. It is residential, and I felt very safe as a mom with her two young girls staying in that area. It was very convenient to the beach. It is walkable, it with 2 kids and all the stuff that goes with them, I preferred driving to the parking area nearby, about a 30 second drive.

Property managers are awesome !!

This property leaves a lot to be desired, very outdated and ridden hard. All the cleaning in the world will not help this place, If you have allergies I would not stay here it has an old musty smell. Property manager’s were awesome and helped us relocate to a much better maintained property, they also helped us procure some items that we did not bring. Thank you Jekyll realty for turning our stay around and making it a great one!!!
