"I had an absolutely magnificent time. My stay was relaxed and comfortable. It’s very convenient when everything is very close and walkable distances. The room was soooo clean; the property was well maintained. The staff was prompt, friendly and super informative. I had a few issues entering the building when i arrived but staff was helpful. "The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"Excellent hotel. 5 minutes from the Jewish quarter and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was very big and a lovely comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a hotel. "

"Very nice and friendly little hotel in Old Town Krakow, perfectly situated for vising old town by foot. I was upgraded to a fantastic suite."

"Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The included breakfasts were delicious. The location of this hotel is excellent. We are so happy that we stayed at the Loft Hotel. We have been fortunate enough to travel around the world and the Loft Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend you staying in this hotel while visiting Krakow."

"The property is in a wonderful area and close to transportation and the old city. Excellent overall. What we didn’t like is that we had travelled for almost 30 hours but our accommodation was not ready until after 6:00 pm. The hotel did compensate us for this inconvenience. The restaurant that is mentioned in their email no longer exists and hasn’t since last year. This advertising should be removed from emails going out. "

"The property was exactly how it looked on Expedia, absolutely stunning, a beautiful apartment. The owner/s were fantastic and let us check out slightly later and store our luggage until our later flight. You won't be disappointed if you are booking to stay here, nice big balcony too. Would highly recommend this apartment"

"Vi var 4 voksne damer på tur. Leiligheten genrelt var veldig bra. Sengene var veldig smale og kunn en dobbel dyne. Ikke så greit med felles dyne. Fikk ikke kjøpt frokost eller middag da restaurant var lagt ned. Ellers veldig fornøyde. "
