"The room was more or less clean, but in terrible shape. The bathroom was “accessible” which meant a rusty frame round the toilet with hand grips on it. The sink wouldn’t drain. The baseboard was coming off in the bathroom and the front door looked like it had been kicked in a few of times."

"9 mins away from Sea-Tac. Very easy to get to. I had a rental car but if you have a quick lay over you can use their shuttle bus to get back and forth to the airport. It runs every 30 mins and if you need to go shopping they can pick and drop off you off at certain areas. The property offers a free hot breakfast staring at 5am if you need to catch an early flight and want something to start your day."

"Noisy at night, hard to sleep. The room above us flooded and water was dripping in our room and coming out of the light fixtures. We were forced to leave our room at 3am. We were told that they were at 94% full and that they couldn’t give us a new room and force my family and I and my 1 year old baby to leave. Staff was young and didn’t know how to handle the situation and only said sorry for kicking my family out at 3am. While my family and I were visiting from out of town from Az 1400 miles...
