The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip."

"Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"This hotel is my go to for staying near the airport and south center when traveling with my family. It has large comfortable rooms that sleep multiple people, it’s clean and safe and easy to navigate."

"I reserved a king size bed room and was assigned 2 queen size… I was told, by employee of the front desk, that they can only guarantee the room if you book through Hilton app. Why on Expedia they ask you to choose a room if the can guarantee it… very condescending too… wouldn’t recommend"

"Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great...

"The motel was ok, stayed there a year ago and it was amazing. When we got our room this time it had not been stocked with the amenities. No soap, shampoo, and only one towel. We requested they provide more towels (we wanted a shower after 3 days on a train). They finally brought one towel at 11 pm. The next morning I requested a couple more towels from cleaning staff and was told they didn't have any. However, she scavenged some from someone else's room."

"You receive what you pay for! Definitely low-budget property from lobby to hotel room. Bathroom sink and tub were painted white. Reluctant to sit in stuffed chair or lie in bed. Choose this property because of an 18-hour airport layover. Staff was pleasant enough. And, airport shuttle was prompt."

"Close to the airport, but the shuttle only runs in the daytime, I booked it thinking I could use the shuttle no luck. Missed it by 1/2 hour called the hotel they wouldn't come and pick us up."

"I asked for a handy cap room didn’t get it was just on the first floor. The bathroom was big but the toilet was so low could barely get on and off with out pain. The tub I couldn’t get in it so my hole stay was unable to get clean.! The bed was hard and lumpy didn’t sleep well. The room was clean the AC worked well. The staff were great helped us more than once. Didn’t use the laundry room. The breakfast was a joke there was a loaf of bread and two things of cereal the juice was empty....

"Good place to spend the night before a flight or a cruise. No breakfast, but there is a restaurant and a mini-mart a couple doors down. Nice staff, and free airport transport."

"The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm."
