"They advertise breakfast but the only thing they have is Cereal, 2 apples, milk , coffee and orange juice. The staff was friendly. It is very old building that needs attention. I would not stay there for vacation. It was the cheapest motel available closest to Tampa. We used it to stay bc Tampa hotels were booked or way overpriced for our cruise. They had 3day concerts plus competitions going on that’s what it was booked It took 40 mins to get to the cruise port so that may be an option...

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me. If I had been alone, I might have accepted it, but I was traveling with two toddlers, which made the situation much...

"The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful at checkin. Tony was on the evening shift at check-in. The morning crew were just as awesome. Breakfast was out and was hot and very good. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Iused to workout room in the morning and again very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel"
