"The Ironclad Inn was a welcome respite on a long drive while relocating. The beds were very comfortable, linens were beautiful, and the Inn itself was gorgeous and very well maintained. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. The best part was that knowing that we had an early start and would miss breakfast, Sarah prepared smoothie bowls with fresh fruit and granola for us to take with us. A lovely gesture and much apreciated!"

"From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy. "The TV was not working properly. There was a red line through the top third of the screen plus the connection to the Dish network kept cutting out. I had to get the staff to rest the entire TV. Also the floor is the bathroom was not washed. I wore white socks into the bathroom and afterwards I noticed they were dirty. I took a wash cloth and washed the floor and that wash cloth was filthy."

"Excellent management and friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Parking initially problem but they were painting. Flaw: one elevator which went out of service big problem. Unlike other Candlewoods they had coffee but no hot chocolate and tea for free. Wish they had a continental breakfast or breakfast bag as part of the stay by that applies to all Candlewoods. Nice place. Would recommend"
