"The hotel itself was really nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and great! The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. I had to go in beforehand and clean it myself, but aside from the room not being clean, everything else was great."

Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront
"The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool and outdoor bar was nice but the AC would not go below 74 in the day and 71 at night , even though the thermostat was set at 68 . The room not being cooler was the only draw back."
