We believe that you will feel right at home in our bungalow. The backyard will feel like an oasis with a comfortable conversation set situation under a covered pergola-it's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. On cooler nights, enjoy a cozy fire outside. With large screen TVs in the living room and the second master bedroom guests can watch two separate shows at one time. We also provide guests with high speed wifi throughout the home. The main master bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress which will help you rest up from a long day at the beach. The main master has a double headed shower which makes getting ready a breeze. The second master makes it easy for multiple couples to stay in the house together comfortably. There is a queen memory foam mattress in the second master. The third bedroom has a queen queen memory foam mattress and is right next to the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress as well and is located next to the kitchen.

The home was very clean, roomy, and very well stocked with everything a visitor might want. The wireless charging stands on each side of the master bed were nice touches, as were the labels on the light switches. The host was very accommodating, and was quick with replies. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive. We had an issue when we arrived, that was resolved fairly quickly. The property is ok, nice living room and kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. All three bathrooms need updating. In its present condition, I wouldn't rent it agan, but I am picky.

Great family property

Perfect location for our visit for UNF graduation. So very comfortable and clean with 2 masters, large living and dining and kitchen. Appreciated the amenities like beach chairs and coolers for a quick trip to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood for a long walk. Very much enjoyed a visit to the Church of Eleven 22, a contemporary Christian church nearby. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

In town for graduation

We stayed here for a graduation. Location was great and nice neighborhood. The house was fairly large and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having 3 bathrooms.

Jacksonville stay

We rented this property as our son was getting married in Jacksonville. The pictures online looked nice. Upon arriving the home had a musty smell and was not very clean. The Ac vent was covered in dust. The linens in one of the rooms was dirty and had to be washed. The shower curtain in the master bedroom had mildew. In addition, two weeks later we were charged an additional 100 dollars noting we had broken the coffee machine we had never used. Would not recommend this property.

The property was clean, roomy and a delight to enjoy. The property owner went above and beyond, with included complementary toiletries and K-cups for the Keurig. They had an abundant amount of beach chairs and toys, which added an extra element of comfort for our yearly beach vacation. 10/10 recommended!

Overall Great Time

Had a great stay at this property. My only complaint is that the air wasn't on when we got there, so it took a couple hours to cool off from the 86 degrees it started at. Thankfully we were able to just go to dinner while the house cooled down. Loved all the lizards crawling around and even had to chase one out of the house which was pretty funny. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
